Super friendly bartender and the owner is awesome too. Do not miss this place. If you really like cocktails, this is the place to come. Slightly off the beaten path but just enough. Cool music. We had a few cocktails here and everything was fantastic!

If you love a good cocktail you need to stop here. The selection of cocktails is great and it’s a quirky bar with a lovely vibe. We’ve tried the Varanasi and the Monkey Daiquiri. They were phenomenal! Too bad we’ve discovered this place only on our last day in Matera!

Whilst walking around the beautiful streets of Matera I suddenly heard the music of Fela Kuti. Not what you'd expect around there but right up my street. So obviously I had to stop for a drink. The bar tender said he could make any cocktail we wanted, so we choose a Negroni and a Sazerac. Both absolutely delicious and not expensive either for such a cool place. Sitting there watching the world go by whilst listening to afro beat jazz was an absolute joy.

Price for Aperol Spritz - 6 euro, most drinks costs close to 6-7 euro . 3 tables outside to sit down at shadow ☺

Nice people behind the bar. Very well made drinks - definitely will come again to explore the menu more, as we fell in love with Matera and will visit again sooner than later. We also got the greenest olives I ever saw as a snack. On top of that they have best taste in music - adding to overall cool vibe of the place.
