Eccezionale il pecorino stagionato che ho comprato, i proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili.
Purtroppo con l'alluvione che c'è stata hanno subito molti danni.
Però facendo 4 chiacchiere con loro ho visto che sono persone che sanno rimboccarsi le maniche e ricominciare daccapo.
L'azienda è pulita e dispone di macchinari moderni anche per il confezionamento.
Consigliata assolutamente!!!

Pour déguster des très bon fromage fait maison et des œuf frais ainsi que la ricotta, les tout bien accueilli par des gens très sympa et courtois

Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour acheter des fromages. Il y a le choix d'une dizaine à base de lait de brebis. nature, aux olives, à la pistache, au piment,..de la ricotta fraîche ou sèche pour râper...
Il y a aussi une sorte de saucisse sèche sicilienne. On ne nous a pas donné la possibilité de goûter ou même d'une petite dégustation payante. Dommage cela aurait sûrement été sympa. Pour cela juste 4 étoiles
