Villa Le Panteraie

Our stay at Paolo’s villa was exceptional from start to finish. It was spacious, clean, well decorated, with lots of options to entertain the entire family. Each bedroom was large and comfortable, and we were able to stay cool and comfortable even with the heat outside. If you are going, please consider Chef Nicole for a meal or many - she was fantastic in every way! We will definitely be looking for an excuse for a return visit at some point.

Our stay at Villa Panteraie in Montecatini Terme was nothing short of spectacular. We rented the villa for a family vacation and our wedding ceremony, and it was absolutely perfect. The villa itself is stunningly beautiful and wonderfully maintained, with a splendid blend of classic elegance and modern amenities. The surroundings are picturesque, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere that made our special day even more magical.

Paolo, our host, was exceptional. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and helpfulness made our stay incredibly enjoyable and stress-free. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for our wedding and our entire stay.

We absolutely recommend Villa Panteraie and we will be return. It is a true gem in Montecatini Terme!

Wow, just wow. From the first view of the villa to the extensive amenities, our week long stay was just fabulous. We are 5 women traveling together so we each had a spacious bedroom and bath. The patios in the morning are full of birdsong and great views of the Tuscan countryside and so relaxing. We cooked several meals in the gourmet kitchen and ate out several times in Montecatini Alto. Paulo was a wonderful host and helped us make reservations.
He has thoughtfully designed the villa with so many convenient amenities like plug ins for phone music, bathroom soft music and heated floors.
We highly recommend Chef Nicole who will come to the villa to do a cooking class. She is just delightful.
If you are looking for a quiet countryside that is within driving or train distance to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and more, this is your villa. Thank you Paulo.

Paulo’s villa is breathtaking! Our group of 12 (8 kids between 17 and 6) had the best time! They loved the pool table, ping pong table and foosball table. Everything was so clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. Paulo was very helpful with suggestions for the surrounding area and very responsive. He suggested we have chef Nicole cook for us one night and we are so glad we did! It was a definite highlight of the trip. Do not hesitate to stay in this villa! We loved everything about it!

Paolo's Villa is incredible. Serene, safe, cozy and perfect to be honest. The view is unmatched! I stayed here in mid-january with 5 other friends to celebrate my birthday and was genuinely thrilled with the villa. Great place to stay, Paolo is also such a lovely host. I hope to be back :)

Villa Le Panteraie is an amazing place. It’s a stylish, luxurious and very spacious villa. It offers amazing views on the green Tuscan hills, including the old town of Montecatini Alto. The leisure facilities in and around the house are impressive. The pool is great and there is also a pool table, foosball table and ping pong table. Paolo is a fantastic host. He is very welcoming and always at his guests’ disposal. We can definitely recommend a stay in this beautiful villa

Amazing place!!! Highly maintained, looks new, high end facilities such as floor heating. Beautiful view. If you like cooking you will enjoy the kitchen - equipped with everything we needed.
Our Kids (5-17) enjoyed relaxing and playing at the Villa, the pool and playground. Location - approximately 50 min drive to Pisa/Firenze, 35 min to Lucca. Paulo was a great host 5*

Great experience! 6 adults and 4 children with loads of room in the villa. Different spaces to break away and plenty of entertainment with the pool table and Nintendo! The pool was just big enough to be comfortable. Great sun and shade options. My only criticism is the table tennis table needs some shade.

LE PANTERAIE is 10/10 experience. The villa is magnificent and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this villa for a dreamy escape. It was a regal experience and vacation home for our family of 10!

Absolutely wonderfull, Villa Le Panteraie is definitely worth a visit! Beautifully located in a peacefull area with breathtaking views. We stayed here with our family of 8 adults and 5 kids in the age of 0 - 11. We especially appreciated the lay-out and facilities of the villa, because they offer a lot of entertainment (f.e. the pool, fussball table, ping pong table, small playground on the hill) for every age, as well as the possibility to be able to seperate from the rest due to the spacious rooms and different terraces and gardens.

It's the prefect base to visit nearby towns as Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa and Florence (30 - 60 minutes away by car), but also offers a lot of nice restaurants and activities closeby in Montecatini Terme.

Bellissima villa in posizione panoramica! Eccellente per viaggi in gruppo, gli ampi spazi interni sono ideali per i momenti di convivialità! Per chi ama cuninare la zona cucina è una gran sorpresa e poi la sala hobby al piano superiore è il posto ideale per trascorrere il dopo cena!

Un luogo molto bello, tenuto benissimo, luminoso e ben organizzato. Cucina industriale molto grande e comoda, stanze tutte con bagno annesso, proprietario disponibile a risolvere qualunque problema. Ampio parcheggio auto. Non saprei trovare alcun aspetto negativo relativo alla nosta permanenza (in 14!!). Grazie e alla prossima.

Casa stupenda! Eravamo una compagnia di 10 persone e siamo andati per passare qualche giorno di relax staccando dalla frenesia quotidiana. Villa comoda con ogni comfort, molto pulita. Posizionata su una collina sopra Montecatini, dal terrazzo si può ammirare la città. Paolo è molto gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta. La casa è composta da 5 camere da letto, ciascuna con un bagno privato; una sala da pranzo spaziosa ed un salotto al piano superiore con biliardo e calcio balilla. Torneremo sicuramente.
