Perfect location and excellent service. I had an comfortable stay. The stuff is friendly.tasty breakfast. Approach to wifi.

Reasonable price. Hotel is a little old but everything is good and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Many choices for breakfast. The location is also good, you can walk around at night, the shopping street, many restaurants near there. We had 2 nights here to visit Pisa, Florence, Chique Terre, it was convenient for that.

We stayed there 6 days. Nice chef and restaurant at the hotel is awesome. Great breakfast. Had great time. Rooms are extremely clean. Morgana, the front desk manager was awesome. She has gone out of the way to help. This is the choice of hotel for Gate1travel visitors. I recommend any one to stay. Rooms are affordable. Visiting from USA, finding nice place to stay, very close to Florence, centrally located to drive down to Rome, Venice, Milan, Florence, Pisa, and many cities.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The staff is excellent and helpful. The night manager at the front desk went above and beyond keeping a huge group of teenagers quiet late at night. The room was clean and tidied daily. The location is close to the train and adorable downtown area filled with yummy restaurants and fantastic gelato. The streets can look a little dark at nightinsone areas, especially walking back from ok m the train. Still, we had no trouble at all and felt very safe. The food at the buffet was plentiful and delicious. Dinner prices were reasonable.
Overall a wonderful experience.

This is a great hotel! We stayed here for four nights in January. The room was very small, but it was sufficient. The only problem was the hotel had control of our thermostat, so even when we turned it up to the maximum temperature allowed, they turned it down again. We could not ever get very warm in the winter. Even the poor guy at the front desk was shivering at night. Bring some warm pajamas!
The breakfast was beyond comparison to any continental breakfast in the United States. One cannot possibly try every item of the smorgasboard. They even have a table for gluten free options. The espresso is good, too. Staff were friendly. The best part is it is only about 300 meters from the train station, which takes you to Florence/Firenze from where you can access the rest of Italy.

Aside from trying to find the entrance, hidden in that alley, we would definitely stay here again. The staff was always friendly, polite and helpful. Buffet was adequate. Very centrality located to train and near other areas of Tuscany. Even a small child's sink in each room ;)

Love this hotel! We used it as a base for a five night stay, to travel around Pisa, Tuscanny, Florence and Chinque Terre. Staff is friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was outstanding! A lot of choices for every taste! Even fresh made juice of your choice. Rooms are clean and spacious. Definitely recommend it!

Excellent service from Fabiola she was amazing. Breakfast was decent. The town and restaurants are really nice. Parking is easy at the hotel. The room was always clean😊

We stayed here for our honeymoon in January. I wasn't overly impressed with the quality of the rooms. But the staff was super nice and very helpful with anything we needed!

Very good location, a wise starting point for visiting Tuscany region.

The room es very clean, the bathroom was very nice, the TV was a bit small but room service was great. The breakfast is also pretty good, overall a good stay!
