I can only talk about pool experience. I booked a half day stay for me, my mom and sister. It was nice, relaxing time. Pools are big, with many place to experience jacuzzi sitting or lying. All in nice garden with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Helpful, pleasant crew, nice bar to have a coffee or snack by the swimming pool. Obligatory swimming caps!

Great place: hotel is one with the history in the place, very well maintained, very friendly staff, nice rooms, and great pool area with jacuzzi. Spa has muds and inhalation - water is antiflamatory and curing effect. Great place with nice surrounding.

Beautiful terms from the springs around the area. Only used the indoor / outdoor pools ( naturally heated) and that was perfect. Remember to bring a swimming cap. Really clean place with friendly staff. Only thing that could be improved: the reception and registration system - we ended up waiting in line for quite some time just to be able to get in.

The staff is so welcoming and the hotel is very beautiful, the bedroom is all renewed and nice!
We had the chance to try the Nero spa path and it was insanely relaxing and calming!

Comfortable hotel. Great breakfast. Didn't use the spa. Appears that only pool in basic price. Lorenzo was a great help. Other reception staff disappointingly unreceptive to guests.

Had a lovely time (rooms are a bit old style furnished but still very nice). The SPA was amazing and ideal for a week end with friends or with your partner.. We would really like to come back in the future

We came right when they opened after the quarantine. Unfortunately their air conditioner wasn’t turned on yet. When we asked about it they offered to show us another room and gave us a free upgrade. It was a small inconvenience but the staff tried to help as best as they could.

The pools were clean, big and warm. Staff was always happy to help. I enjoyed the dinner and the breakfast. I had one of the best pesto pasta ever. Also the staff at the restaurant was always sweet and helped us with everything we needed.

We have spent such an amazing time, yesterday, well deserved work break , in a magnificent scenario of the Euganei Hills , thermal water pools , great food , well prepared staff, and we felt safe and comfortable ( even the Covid regulations)! We recommend this place to anyone looking to distress!!!

Very good location, nice pool, good restaurant by the pool!a bit expensive the daily entrance, but it worth...next time I'll try to find an offer to stay a night to access specific services for the hotel guests!

Very nice place, wonderful location. I went there on a full-moon night and the atmosphere was fantastic! Service hasn't been very kind, but efficient.
