Chianti Cooking Experience

Paola and her team were absolutely wonderful! I have celiac (gluten allergy) and they were able to accommodate and be very careful for us to make gluten free pasta during the cooking class while the others made normal pasta. We also did the wood burning pizza one night and the chef was so nice! He was also careful with cross contamination of the gluten. He even brought us a porchetta the next day as a sweet gift. Highly recommend both of these experiences!

We had the most amazing cooking/dining experience with Paola from Chianti Cooking Experience. She lead some very challenged cooks (us) with patience and encouragement. It was such a fun activity for us that we hope to replicate when we get home. She served us a beautifully plated meal and she cleaned up the kitchen even better than she found it.
