Podere Bellezza

I was there with my family at the beginning of July. The place is amazing, Bernardo and Antonella are wonderful guests, but what we found even more exceptional was the oil. We love good oil, but Olio Filo produced here has a flavor which is equal to none. We bought some bottles and food tastes definitely better. Podere Bellezza and Olio Filo: a great combination… highly recommended.

Bernardo and his family are the sweetest and nicest people who I have met in all Italy! They welcomed us with their hands open and with an unmatched passion for the growing of olives and the production of olive oil. I was only with my dad and they took the time to show us around, explain to us what makes a great olive oil. They also gave us some taste of their production and it was mind blowing to me how rich, fruity, spicy and amazing this oil was. I felt like it was my first time trying authentic olive oil and now I'm obsessed with it!

We learned heaps, enjoyed a lot and I definitely made a core memory with my dad. I can't thank you enough for the amazing experience that you have created for us! I could feel the love and passion in every drop of that olive oil!

On a random Sunday in Tuscany, my girlfriend and i decided to visit Bernado and Podere Bellezza not knowing what would await us.

We had the best time there! After an adventurous road we arrived at Podere Bellezza where Bernado was working in his Wifes Garden. And even though nothing was prepared, he welcomed us in the Garden and the next couple hours were amazing.

He told us everything about Oliveoil and Olives, we tried his Oliveoil and later ate some Bread with Oliveoil, Salt and Pecorino and then he even gave us a tour of the Farm.

It was just an amazing experience and we will now buy the best Oliveoil from Bernado all the time. It just tastes amazing!

highest quality and a lot of passion in this olive oil. We tested the product of this producer together with some experts in the field and we had our firs impression confirmed by all of them: stracture, intense, armonic. Now it's our favorite. Gongrats!

Awesome artisan olive oil. The flavor and the final memory in the mouth reminds me of the Spanish Picual variety, but Filo leans more towards delicacy and fruitiness. The flavor changes from an initial fruity to a slightly bitter strong almond at the end. Hands down, one of the best olive oils I've tried so far.

Despite us showing up completely randomly, Bernardo welcomed us with open arms, showed us his property and gave us a crash course on olive oil. He explained the wonderful story of where the name comes from "Filo". He even offered us a taste of his wonderful oil with delicious tuscan bread. Thank you Bernardo for your generosity. It was such a pleasure to have an authentic experience to sit down together after a tour of the orchard, share bread, cheese and of course lots of Filo olive oil. Podere Bellezza’s oil is a MUST at our home. The taste of this oil is amazing: the taste is fruity with low acidity… no words to describe the balance between the perfectly balanced spicy that is left on the tongue!

Exceptional oil! Being Spanish and having great oil here, I usually buy Podere Belleza. It is at least as good but produced with great love and dedication from my friends Bernardo and Antonella. Congratulations my friend!

Producono olio di eccellente qualità con passione e gran cura. Conosco personalmente i proprietari del Podere e da quando Bernardo e la sua famiglia hanno intrapreso questo progetto, l’olio Filo non manca mai sulla mia tavola. Nel periodo natalizio hanno anche creato delle confezioni regalo che ho donato a molti dei miei migliori clienti. Dal primo all’ultimo, tutti entusiasti! Da provare anche la versione Light 🤩

Un grande olio dal sapore unico, fruttato al punto giusto, con un buon bilanciamento di amaro e piccante … ma con un grosso problema …. crea dipendenza …. (una volta assaggiato non puoi rinunciarci 😉👍👍😉). Complimenti ancora a Bernardo e Antonella per questo ottimo prodotto!!!
