Alpen Village Hotel

The hotel is very beautiful and has an amazing location, therefore you will have a wonderful view.
The staff is very helpful and nice which is a positive aspect.
The open buffet for breakfast and dinner is absolutely amazing but you may take into account not to go to the restaurant very late as the variety of products may be lesser if the hotel is at full capacity. In the morning you can enjoy the free coffee and water but be advised that in the evening the water will be charged on your room.
You can use the sauna, the pool and the gym but you can also enjoy a good massage (this being an additional cost).
We had two stays there one in winter and one during the summer. During the first one in winter the room allocated was quite a modern one but during our recent stay, in summer, we were allocated to an older room with older furniture and appliances - though clean as well. But it should be noted that there is a possibility to specify when booking your stay.
Overall we had an enjoyable experience at this hotel and we recommend it! Thank you!

Really lovely hotel. Great food with something new every night. The pool/wellness area is very good indeed. Kept very clean and staff very attentive. Great for families. Bar staff were great and good underground car park. Had a really great stay. For skiing on Mottillino side it's great just a quick 3 min walk to teola chairlift. However if having ski lessons getting down to them takes a little time on the buses. Buses in Livigno are good most the time but beware getting from town at the end of the day back to the hotel can take 45 mins when the traffic is bad. Only real downside to be honest is coming from Carasello side to hotel as busy times. Rest of the time it was fine. Overall really lovely hotel would definetly stay again as the Sauna area is one of the best if not the best I have ever been to!

Restaurant, swimming pool and spa make everything! Rooms in the old part are small but clean and honestly you don't go there to stay in the room, so no problem.

The place is worth the money you spend.
We reserved a mountain view room with half board. Breakfast & dinner are buffet, while still respecting COVID requirements.
Plenty of choices and alternatives (inform earlier if you're vegan or vegetarian maybe).
The spa is clean, spacious and comfortable and outdoor pool is facing the mountains, which makes it romantic.

Parking is included and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
They let us check out 2 hrs later for no extra charge.
Maybe, it is not worth to spend extra 50€ for a mountain view room, but I don't have a term of comparison with other rooms.

The hotel is a great facility, with amazing staff and a very good location, with an route straight to the mountains. If you choose to come in the winter there is a special section in the hotel were you can store your ski/snowboard equipment with a parking right beside it. And if skiing isn't enough for you in the winter, you can also rent high quality electric bikes with wide tires, so that you don't slip on the snow. There are two pools. One that is deep were you can go for a swim, there also is a smaller pool with warm water for the kids to play in. They also have a great treat for adults after a long day in the mountains, the spa. The spa is located outdoors. It has a quite big gym with the muscle making section and the cardio section. Honestly one of the best choices that you could go for. I also have to mention the amazing food that is served. Even going to the city Center in livigno you will not get food that is as high quality as the one that is served in the hotel.

Nice hotel for skiing. 25 meter fare from slope start. Clean rooms and friendly personal. Spa zone, sauna and swimming pool are available. Bas stop near the hotel and you can esiar get to the Livigno center or to another side of the village to Carosellout for skiing. Parking place are available. Recommended for family holiday.

Great hotel with fantastic services (outdoor pool with panorama view all Livigno, 5 saunas, wellness, tasty food and really nice staff. Rooms are clean. Bathroom ok but little bit small. Right next to bus to Carosello and citycentre.

Affordable hotel with nice lounge and kids club for guests communication. The hotel located by free bus terminal of red and yellow line so that guest has no trouble to go to the town center or ski slops.
