Hotel Francesin

Excellent hotel! Not far from the ski lifts, parking for cars, swimming pool, 3 saunas, gym... BUT there is a very small selection of hot food at breakfast.

We have come to this hotel for a long time, and were always happy to be here, tho rooms are clean, the location is really good, being close to the ski areas, good restaurants and more. The hotel has a good lobby and a cozy bar. The service is really good for the small amount of people they have. Overall its an amazing hotel.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is very good and the view from the room is amazing.

I didn't stay in the hotel but used their gym. Service in the hotel is really good, people are nice and helful. The hotel has a nice gym and spa next to it. The daily ticket for the gym is 8eurs. My recommendation!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Francesin. Our room was comfortable and cozy with the wooden surroundings, and we had also a beautiful view of the Dolomites. The pool and spa wellness area was very nice and modern, with an outdoor hot tub and warm saunas.

- The mattress was a bit uncomfortable/hard. Also very uneven, felt like sleeping in a valley.
- There were a couple of thermostats in the room with a strong light display. They would light a big part of the room up, when turning of the lights.

Excellent 3 star hotel with modern and beautiful rooms. Very nice spa. Superb breakfast. Only a few hundred meters to Livigno centre and with a big parking. Probably it did not get 4 stars because it doesn't have a restaurant inside.

Great place to stay in Livigno. Spa is a nice way to wind down after a day on the ski slopes. Lovely, clean rooms, friendly staff and a top breakfast too!

Very warm and nice place to spend a week for skiing.. rooms in the new part of the building are very big and well equipped...the breakfast was full and tasty for every kind of choice...Mr Chistiano was awesome also the young lady but there was a Donna who was unfriendly!!!...anyway i recomended to enjoy a holiday here...

It's really active hotel with pool, gym, spa..... Mountains around for even more activities like skiing, boarding, nordic skiing, biking, hiking, climbing, skating and more....

Beautiful decor, spacious modern rooms, fantastic location, awesome breakfast and the gym, pool and spa are beyond awesome. Definitely recommend.

Central Hotel with charmig personal/owner...best breakfast and super spa/pool facility.
