Abbiamo acquistato due paia di scarpe mojto...tanta scelta la signora con noi carina.....l'unica pecca pochi sconti....

Really sorry for the ladies owning the place (no chance such attitude of an average employee would be tolerated). How miserable one's life should be to be so mean towards every stranger that passes by. Definitely once-in-a-lifetime customer experience!

Well I would have given it a ZERO star experience, but I can't. I am not really one to post comments on a random shop but this was beyond belief.
Glad to see all the people are on the same page.
Went in to check on a few trecking shoes, fair prices to be honest. Did not have my size but tried on one similar one advised by them- more pricey of course. Polite at first but then after I thanked them and said I will think about it and started looking for another one, the older one did definitely talk about me and in a rude way- I have a super basic understanding of Italian. She said " finito" , "troppo complicato" , " non tornare" bye bye, showed me the door. I asked her politely, what is the problem in just looking, how does she know I am not intending to buy another pair? I was shocked of the behaviour honestly never experienced such thing.
I didn't know if the behaviour is aggravated by the pandemic or what, seeing reviews going back years and even from fellow Italians is just sad and appalling.
My advice : stay away!
Don't give them the satisfaction of a profit earning.

I went there because they have a rich selection of hiking shoes/boots. I tried on one pair of boots, told the ladies that it was not the right fit, and started looking for other models, taking them from the shelf and looking at them more closely. After 2-3 minutes one of them came up to me, ripped the shoe out of my hand, and told me "Leave! Go away! You're too complicated!" and showed me the door. So I left. What a unique experience!

If this was the last shoe store in the world I would rather go barefoot than patronize the rudest and most arrogant staff at this shoe store. We had just walked into the store, the woman asked us what we were looking for and we said thank you and that we were just looking right now. Immediately she made a negative and sarcastic comment about what a bother it is for people to just be looking. We didn't take her seriously at first because who says something like that! My daughter tried on two pairs of shoes, we probably spent around 15 minutes in there, and as time went on we could tell that they were talking about us in Italian (I know a little Italian but not much) and their attitudes were starting to get nasty. We thanked them for their time and said that we weren't going to buy the shoes, then she started throwing the shoes around and yelling at us because we didn't buy the shoes and how we wasted her time. We told her that we didn't appreciate her rudeness and the negative comments she was making. We started walking out the door, she followed us out continuing to yell at us and making faces at us through the window (like are you 5 years old?) We believe that the two women in there were the shop owners which shows complete unprofessionalism. There are plenty of other stores with better shoes and much nicer sales people, don't waste your time or money on this place!

The worst customer service I have experienced in Italy. Such rude lady should not be allowed to work with customers. The shoes I tried, were very uncomfortable.
Definitely I do not recommend.

Service in this stop is drama… once I said shoes are uncomfortable lady chase me away saying “go go go go”. Definitely sellers
should go to basic school in customer service.

Very arrogant staff. Wasn't allowed to take a photo of a pair of boots that I wanted to show to my girlfriend. Guess they don't want people to buy.

Ci siamo fermati verso l'orario di apertura. Nell'entrare la signora stava sistemando le ultime scarpe sulla panca fuori negozio, alla apparente innocente domanda della commessa: avete bisogno? La risposta è stata: stiamo dando un occhiata. Alla quale non si è risparmiata il commento: allora uscite che apro tra 15 minuti!!
Dopo un breve ma intenso scambio di opinioni (sgradevole come la titolare) ci siamo lasciati con il suo disappunto sui nostri cani e rimarcando che...QUI FUNZIONA COSÌ! La cosa più bella è stata comprare altre scarpe in altro negozio più avanti quello si lo consiglio!
Questo? Manco si merita il saluto se non un: "v********o, Ops funziona così!"

Negozio assolutamente da evitare.
Ad una certa età sarebbe il caso di andare ufficialmente in pensione anziché trattare male i clienti. Mi chiedo come possa rimanere aperto un negozio con un personale così maleducato. Appena entrati per dare solamente un'occhiata, la signora si è subito mostrata scortese e inviperita, pertanto abbiamo deciso di andarcene immediatamente ringraziando lo stesso per nostra educazione e lei ci ha risposto insultandoci in dialetto, finito in un piccolo battibecco con frecciatine.

Allibita dalla maleducazione, arroganza e strafottenza delle “signore” con la S minuscola.
Ci sono tanti negozi a Livigno, state alla larga da queste vipere.
Mi rincuoro vedendo che prima della mia recensione ce ne sono altre 54 con punteggio medio 1,1 .
Ah! Adesso si capisce anche perché il negozio sia sempre vuoto e gli altri pieni.

Nigdy nie spotkałam się żeby obsługa obrażała klienta i wyganiała ze sklepu tak jak miało to miejsce tutaj ! Ceny oczywiście wyższe niż w internecie. komentują między sobą wszystko na temat klientów

Leggendo tutti i commenti non posso che aggiungere maleducatissime!!!!! Siamo entrati nel negozio ma non abbiamo trovato nulla che ci piacesse, mentre uscivamo ovviamente anche noi siamo stati insultati (tra l’altro noi con due bambini) . Negozio da EVITARE!!!

Entrando in questo buco di negozio, ho avuto l'esperienza più surreale della mia vita da cliente un paio d'anni fa, tuttavia non mi presi la briga di scrivere una recensione. Due giorni fa, passando davanti a questo negozio, ho notato uscire una coppia di coniugi piuttosto turbati e visto lui girarsi e urlare verso l'entrata "ma voi due siete deficienti!" Al che mi sono fermata e non ho potuto che chiedere se si fossero sentiti dare dei pezzenti, scadenti ecc... Ebbene sì. Le due megere li avevano inondati di insulti e cacciati dal negozio perché un po' indecisi sull'acquisto. Il modus operandi delle due arpie è coerente e costante negli anni come si evince dalle numerose testimonianze qui sopra. Per concludere: se volete sfogare lo stress o farvi due sane risate, passate da qui. Lo scambio di improperi è assicurato.

Alla richiesta di provare degli scarponcini hanno iniziato a commentare in dialetto. Abbiamo provato uno scarponcino e non convinte, ringraziando, stavamo uscendo ed hanno cominciato a commentare dicendo che non speravano di non vederci più... ma con fare da arroganti ho consigliato di chiudere il negozio, avrebbero fatto più bella figura, mi hanno risposto che la prova scarpe avrebbe un costo di 10 euro... ho capito che avevano qualche problema, serio, le abbiamo liquidate.
Non entrate in quel negozio, state pure lì da sole.

Ho rotto l’unico paio di scarponcini che avevo e quindi sono andata in cerca di un’altro paio. Sono entrata nel negozio e la signora, che non si è neanche degnata di alzarsi, mi ha guardato le scarpe da ginnastica schifata. Ho iniziato a guardarmi intorno e senza che chiedessi nulla mi hanno domandato che cosa stessi cercando. Non soddisfatta di ciò che avevo visto, trattandosi di calzature di poco gusto e basso livello e anche a prezzo alto, ho deciso di uscire dal negozio ringraziando. In risposta la signora seduta ha brontolato qualcosa, palesemente un insulto per il fatto di non aver comprato. Sono tornata indietro per chiedere spiegazioni e ha iniziato ad insultarmi e a dirmi che sarei dovuta entrare con le idee chiare, e che si vedeva da quando ero entrata che non avrei comprato nulla. Non pensavo che si dovesse comprare per forza in un negozio. Non entrate.
