I left my car here during my visit to Venice, because I read lot of notes about breaken car windows from free parking places in other places in Mestre.
You pay in the office, then you can go with your car. I walked back to catch tram, but there is also boat transport directly to Venice.
Price was OK, people were nice. I felt they are taking the security very responsibly.
I am not sure about overnight parking, but camping is not allowed.

Parking situé sur le continent qui permet de débuter son séjour par une mini-croisière sur la lagune.
Un bateau par heure au départ de Mestre-San Giuliano (guichet à 200 m du parking) avec une arrivée au terme d'une croisière de 25 minutes au nord de Venise (Fondamente Nove).
Le prix total s'avère moins cher que pour les parkings situés sur l'île : 70€ tout compris pour 4 jours pour notre famille (2 adultes et deux enfants).
Dans le détail : 33€ (avec les frais de réservation) pour la place de parking puis 10€ l'aller-retour en bateau par adulte et 8,50€ par enfant.

Gute Alternative um nicht die teuren Parkgebühren auf Venedig zahlen zu müssen, man kann Online direkt ein Park und Fährticket kaufen. Parken + Fähre (hin und zurück) für 2 Personen 27€, die Fähre fährt stündlich und die Fahrt dauert ca 25-30 Minuten!
Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und günstiger als auf Venedig selbst. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt, wir haben den Parkplatz vorab online gebucht, zusammen mit der Fähre nach Venedig. Diese fährt immer zur vollen Stunde rüber.

Très bon endroits pour s'arrêter pour la visite de Venise. Endroit gardé et départ toutes les heures en bateau pour Venise.

Bewachter Parkplatz mit Schranke. Sehr günstig, gut zu erreichen und ohne Abgabe des Autoschlüssels wie bei manchen Parkhäusern in Venedig. Man kann den Parkplatz bequem online buchen und zahlen und sogar noch ein Hin- und Rückticket für die Fähre nach Venedig dazubuchen (ebenfalls sehr preiswert). Die Fähre fährt nur ca. 300m vom Parkplatz entfernt im Stundentakt ab (sehr pünktlich).

Parkplatz und ein feiner Camping vor den Toren Venedigs, gut zu erreichen, freundliche Leute, die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite Stehen.
Auch wenn wir nur kurz dort waren, wir wurden sehr gut Betreut und Beraten.

Super Service, Auto wird überwacht, is ziemlich günstig und man bekommt ein Ticket für die Fähre hin und zurück

Buen transporte hasta Venecia y económico

Very good service. The park place is easy to access but some park lots are full of water.
In general I find the park and ferry combination a good service for family who wants s to visit the city. I paid 27€ for two adults and 3 children with one car.

Parcheggi e comodi imbarchi per Venezia

Shameful. The parking lot is not well marked, and when they sell you the tickets they do not warn you that the attached parking lot is for the campsite, the next day we had 2 fines for bad parking. So you are paying twice the service.
