The little watch shop in the heart of Venice had an extraordinary service and left me with a beautiful rolex explorer I on my wrist. My girlfriend and I spend quite some time in the family owned shop and I was able to see and try on different watches before I made my final decision. Both the son and father were informing us about the watches with very good expertise of their watches. If anyone is in Venice to search for a vintage luxury watch such as a Rolex or omega watch, should definitely come by!

Remarkable store with first rate service and more than 100 years of history. They helped me in a pinch with a watch repair. Extremely friendly and professional. Also an extremely interesting selection of antique and rare watches for sale. Definitely a must see if you love watches.

We visited Venice for a short celebratory trip , I knew of this shop beforehand and went to visit to look at pre -owned watches of which they had a good selection , however there was nothing that really took my fancy. We were assisted by Tommaso who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable we then looked at some pre owned jewellery which again did not appeal . He then produced a pre owned beautiful 18 ct rose gold solitaire ring from the 1960s, we both loved it Tommaso and his father Simone arranged for the ring to be resized and we agreed on a reasonable price that was amicable to all parties
I strongly suggest you visit this 100 year old store when you are next in Venice they have a good and interesting selection of watches and jewellery. You will be assisted by two gentleman who i cannot recommend enough with Tommaso being a real credit to his father

EXCELLENT experience with the Frollo Family. Such an awesome experience with their very professional and VERY knowledgeable family with all kinds of jewelry. Found the most perfect and unique rings to propose to my fiancé to here. We both absolutely fell in love with their story and their uniqueness. An unforgettable stop on our journey in Italy. What a great experience …. It truly was a pleasure spending time & money with this family run jeweler. In a sea of mediocre watch shops Frollo, in my humble opinion was the best in town. I walked into to EVERY watch shop in Venice…..

We found a beautifull ring in white gold with a diamond, we would really like as wedding ring. Whitin a day, Giovanni and Thomasso made sure, the ring we wanted was made wide enough and an exact copy was made. Very happy with the result! The icing on the cake of a perfect romantic week in Venice. Thank you, both generations of jewelers of Frollo!

The store was amazing. We were searching for days for a watch band replacement. No one could do the replacement because it was very difficult. The store keeper and son did the replacement because it needed two people to replace the band because of its difficulty.
We also purchased a beautiful set of earrings.
There are two Frollo stores near each other, so make sure to go to the correct address Frollo Gioiellerie, San Marco.

Excellent and friendly service, they helped me resize a watch band that was giving me some trouble. They also had 3 very nice used Rolex GMT Masters II’s in stock.

Amazing experience with Frollo!! I discovered a rare Roman coin pendant in the window. Upon entering, Luciano and Simone were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with the coin information. So pleased to have stumbled across this hidden gem!! You won’t be disappointed!! Thank you, Frollo!!

You made me so unbelievable HAPPY! During my sister`s trip through Venice after carneval she saw a bracelet in your shop-window which was quite similar to the one I had lost almost 10 years ago. It had been a first gift of my today`s husband in 2001 (!!!). The loss I did regret until today....But: my sister took a photo and sent it to me. That was why my husband and I started a trip to Venice only 4 days later to find out if it is really the same model (and quality!). And: it definetely is (even if it is not the one I lost ;-)!!!! This old Business in Venice has strong vintage charm. The family who runs it is kind, fiendly and generous people. We were given extra attention and time despite lunch time.
