Cartier

I'm not sure what people are upset about. I flew in from London (UK) to acquire an item. Alessia was there to help me from the start. I emailed the store ahead of time to make sure the item was still available (as Cartier customer care in the UK informed me, the item had been discontinued). Everything was confirmed, and when I arrived to the store yesterday, I was greeted by Alessia, who offered me refreshments. The item wasn't even very pricey by Cartier standards (€230). From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional, as one would expect from a luxury brand. So I'm not sure what the complaints are about.

Staff here was super nice. Didn’t need an appointment and no wait to enter - I only spent around 15 min in the store as I more or less knew what I was looking to purchase but had friendly service. I tried on the love ring and love band and made a purchase. The SA was helpful in recommending other items she thought I might be interested in and also went through the VAT refund instructions as a reminder which I appreciated as well!

The shop is like any other Cartier, so amazing. But the staff here is extremly nice and professional. If you pass by, just ask about Alessia, she is quite a wonder: extremly nice, helpful and professional ❤ Stella is also very, very nice and knows her job. I would definetly recommand. You can even ask them for special pieces, they manage to get me some earrings that were sold out in most of the places.

Un trato exquisito

Abbiamo contattato la boutique una settimana prima del nostro arrivo a Venezia perché volevamo vedere e acquistare un orologio. La signora Stella si è fatta arrivare tutti gli articoli che volevamo vedere e ci ha seguiti nella scelta con calma e gentilezza. Consiglio di prendere appuntamento visto l'alto numero di visite giornaliere da parte di turisti.

Al di là del giudizio sul lusso, questa boutique merita una visita per alcune creazioni che vanno oltre l'ostentazione per sconfinare nell'arte, nella gioia nel vedere , nella suggestione del bello. Accoglienza splendida del personale da non fraintendere con il servilismo.
