Great apartment on a canal. Large sitting room, great bathroom, with bidet. Kitchen for cooking food from supermarket.

Great place to immerse yourself in Venice life - spacious apartment in the labyrint of small alleys and canals that makes up Santa Croce area. Very central superb location, convenient to reach all the major sights (either on foot or by vaporetto). The kitchen facilities are a bit run down so do not expect top notch luxury. The place is very quiet and spacious, perfect to recharge your battery in between discovering Venice.

Очень красивые стильные апартаменты, в них очень хорошо чувствуешь что ты в Венеции. Расположены в десяти пятнадцати минутах ходьбы от основных достопримечательностей. Красивый вид на канал с балкона. Канал под домом без неприятного запаха. Очень приятный доброжелательный хозяин Марко, встретил нас на причале, чтобы не заблудились, объяснил расположение интересных мест. Хорошо оборудованая кухня. Устойчивый интернет. Отличное место для отдыха семьёй.

Недостатков не много, но думаю необходимо их указать.
Первое - отсутствовали кофе и сахар.
Второе - был не очень приятный запах белья на кровати в спальне.

Klantvriendelijk, betaalbaar, gewoon, rustig midden in Venetië ! Bakker, winkel, cappuccino of goed restaurant om de hoek.

Tökéletes helyen, 5 percre a Rialtó-hídtól.
Hatalmas apartman, nappali, konyha, háló, kis dolgozószoba àggyal, fürdőszoba.
Házigazdàk kedvesek.
Törülköző és nèhàny tisztálkodószer (tusfürdő, sampon, stb..) van. Tisztasàg tökéletes.
Vasúttól 1,2 km-re, csendes helyen.
A balkonról kilátás a canal-ra.
4 csillag csak azért, mert az internet gyenge, a hálószoba jobb oldali matraca borzalmas.
Nagyon ajánlott hely!

Good location, clean apartment, but there are many minor problems in the apartment, such as: broken knives, improper light in all rooms, weak water flow, broken faucets. Most importantly, there is no answer to requests, the owners of the place are neither time nor return.
