Riva Palace Apartments

Отличное местоположение. В самом центре Венеции, рядом с мини маркет ом. Прямо из окон открывается живописный вид на канал с гондолами и плещущейся рыбой. Просторные комнаты с расписными потолками. Удобные ванные со всем необходимым. Единственный недостаток - крашеный каменный пол и порой испуганный персонал 🙈 В целом хороший уровень сервиса и комфорта, очень удобная система замков. Фото получаются превосходные

Très haut plafond, décor qui ne laisse pas indifférent. Chambres de 2 lits doubles

Heel mooi en groot appartement alleen heel erg gehorig.
Hierdoor twee nachten heel slecht kunnen slapen.
Dit kwam door de harde wind die ervoor zorgde dat de ramen tegen elkaar aan deden klapperen.
Verder 2 mooie grote badkamers. Goed ingerichte keuken met de mogelijk om jezelf wat voor te bereiden.
Toch zou ik hier niet terug gaan ivm de hoge prijs en dan niet kunnen slapen.

My family of 5 just recently returned from a vacation in Italy and a 2 night stay in Venice at the Riva Palace Apartments. Thankfully we were just here for 2 nights. Our check-in process proved to be difficult. No Front Desk staff and when we contacted the owner, she was not very friendly. We had difficulty locating the correct apartment as there were no numbers on the outside of the door to the apartment. Once inside, we found the apartment to not look like the pictures online. The shower door did not close properly causing water to get out onto floor. I messaged the owner and was told a technician would come the next day. Not sure if the technician ever came since the door still did not close. We had to stay in the very corner of a small shower to use it properly. No shelf for toiletries. We were told we would be charged for new towels even though we had to use ours to clean up water on floor. I disputed this and we were not charged. No elevator. Windows difficult to open. Good location but I doubt we will stay here again or ever recommend it to anyone.

I do not recommend at all. We arrived at the destination and never got the code for the door, when we called, they told us they were overbooked and would not be able to accommodate us, even though we had already made a full payment.
