Incredibly helpful staff. Location was amazing. Coop grocery store right up the block. Central to so many things. AC worked in each room. View on both sides of the Giorgione Residence to watch the gondolas and boats all day long. Just such a good find!

We were met at the bus station and taken to the apartment, which was great as it is on a very small street and might have been difficult to find. We were allowed to check in early so that we could leave our bags and Francesco was really acommodating, keeping our comfort in mind at all times.
The apartment has great views and a big dinning room/lounge area, with a big terrace. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit outdated and dusty but for the price we paid, we could not have asked for more. The kitchen was small but brand new and has dishes,glasses etc. You need to bring your own dishwasher tablets or soap.
All in all, a very convenient apartment if travelling in a group, with an excellent location and great hosts!! Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

The company has a great selection of authentic Venetian appartments in great locations. Superb organization, friendly and helpful staff. The appartments are clean and well maintained. A guarantee for trouble-free and pleasant vacation in Venice. Highly recommended.

My favorite place to stay in Venice. The top apartment (Dimora Tintoretto) is a splurge, but well worth it. You get a LARGE private terrace, where we have hosted several fabulous dinner parties. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, but easily accessible to the San Stae vaparetto stop, or a quick walk to Rialto and other major sites. A+

Max is a great host. Nice relaxing loft appartment and yes there is an elevator in the building and airco in the loft.

Amazing appartment with beautiful views! Although the shower and the bathroom itself was quite small. Ran by friendly people!

Erinomainen tukikohta Venetsian tutkimiseen. Erittäin siisti ja henki kaupungin luonnetta. Täysin varusteltu keittiö astia- ja pyykkikoneineen. Kaasuliesi. Sijainti rauhallisella alueella, mutta lähellä ravintoloita, kauppoja ja kahviloita sekä paikallisten suosima aukio. Palvelu oli täsmällistä ja erittäin ystävällistä.

Un lugar precioso donde hospedarse, en planta baja y con buenas vistas al canal. Es confortable y tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Buena ubicación y zona tranquila. Muy recomendable.

Un palacio veneciano desde el que recorrer andando toda la ciudad y sus canales. Limpio, acogedor y espacioso, con todas las comodidades.

Hermoso departamento, super cómodo, luminoso, silencioso, habitaciones amplias y con muebles antiguos muy bonitos. Bien equipados, con cocina, heladera, microondas, televisor en el living, baño cómodo con ducha, todo super limpio. El lugar está bien ubicado, es fácil llegar desde la terminal.
