ibis Milano Malpensa Aeroporto

I forgot my book, and the team was kind enough to send it to me via post. The location is pretty close to the airport, with shuttle bus for 5 euro per person (compared to the fixed taxi price 25 eur), but you have to book in advance

The room was very clean and well appointed considering the price range this hotel competes in. Shower was instantly hot with a large head, while the enclosure could have been a bit bigger. Beds are reasonable, the single beds maybe smaller than what you get in the USA, but they are large enough. The shuttle to and from the airport will cost you 5€ each way unless you arrive very late or early, in which case it costs 25€. In the latter case it maybe more convenient to take a taxi, which may cost more. The service was good, although I had no requests.

Having a flight mid morning the next day it was a great place to stay overnight close by and with the usual ACCOR welcoming and facilities we have come to appreciate. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet room.

Clean. Not fancy but comfortable. Slept good and close to the airport. Good breakfast. Easy check-in and friendly staff.

We stayed two night at this hotel, the room is spacious, and it has bidet in the bathroom

The breakfast buffet is not so good, but the coffee was great,

The locations of this hotel is just 15 minutes from the airport, strategic places for a traveller

Good service, good receptionists very helpful even after my checkout . Love the bathroom unfortunately tge bed and pillows was not quite the best. Location is near the airport, but an hour away from Milano centrale .

Basic Ibis hotel with simple but clean rooms. Gets 5 stars because the guy on the front desk who checked us in and helped us get a shuttle to the airport at 530 the next morning, was so helpful and kind. I'm sure he could see we were pretty broken after being stranded in Milan, and he helped us out. Thanks very much

Just wanted leave a review about Christian at Ibis hotel. We were stranded at the airport due to a cancellation with no help, coincidentally called Ibis hotel for stay & Christian sent us Antonia and we were at the hotel in no time. Also assisted us with food.

The location of the hotel very close to Malpensa Airport. It is stategic location if you have morning flight from Malpensa Airport. They also offer some transportation to the airport.

It was a nice place to stay. breakfast was incredible, the service was great but the location is just ok because we're far away from everything. And you have to drive everywhere but Montecatini is beautiful.

I am a chauffeur, I travel a lot for work , and when I must stay over night near Malpensa , I find this place very well located !

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Reasonable price. Good heating during very cold winter that we were there. Free Shuttle to the Malpensa airport. Stuff young and friendly and helpful. I liked the place so much

ibis Milano Malpensa is a perfect layover spot between your flights ! Reasonable room pricing + incredible great ibis kitchen experience. The rooms are in a perfect standard for a one or two night layover. I have stayed here with my brother and we were totally satisfied.

The rooms are small but adequate. The hotel caters to people staying only 1 night before their flight out. It's very close to the airport and a free shuttle bus runs every half-hour.

Since Ibis has no pool, I walked over to Novotel, bought an espresso, and enjoyed their pool for 3.5 hours. The same people who own Ibis own Novotel so there's an understanding that those who stay at Ibis want to use Novotel's and those who stay at Novotel want to use Ibis's gym. Satisfactory bar and restaurant. Also, their shuttle driver can take you to Malpensa in about 7 minutes. He drives really fast but I appreciate it.

The hotel was very modern, it even had a free to play pool table in the lobby. The restaurant had good food and even offered 24hr service with a specific menu. The staff was very friendly and all spoke several languages. The room was very clean and modern as well.

Lovely hotel, wonderful, warm staff. The shower stalls are pretty tiny. In spite of this, I would stay again and again. The breakfast was wonderful, the hotel is a 2-minute walk from the central square in town. We had a great time.
