Simple setting between the olive trees and food cooked with love. Homemade pasta and nicely cooked swordfish. A relaxing spot before going for a swim and birdwatching in the reserve.

quiet, unassuming and the best pasta with sardines. Sitting under the trees in the shade from the hot midday sun we were so happy to enjoy the beautiful food and service they give at Il Baglietto. A walk around the reserve and then lunch here is a perfect way to spend time in this beautiful part of Sicily.
