Everything is focused on perfection.  If you enjoy wood fire grilled meats, this is the place to go.  The steaks are dry aged and each steak is custom cut and grilled on a wood fire.  The flavor is well developed and the meat is super tender.  All of the menu items including their own salumi and carpaccio along with incredibile pastas and risotto complement the main course.  The fresh salad cart is fantastic and adds to the experience.  Antipasti and dolce are  equally over the top.  It's paradise for meat lovers and everything that goes with it.

Always great attention and top quality food. Steaks are grilled on an Open Fire..on a huge grill at the entrance by a master griller. Seasonal specials are always offered. Many regional specialties..Good wine selection and great champagne knowledge

The food is absolutely flawless, the tartare is simply the best you will ever find. The overall atmosphere is absolutely amazing, as all the personnel make you feel at home. By far one of the best restaurants I've ever been to.

Ambiente super accogliente, servizio molto cortese. Consiglio vivamente di prendere la costata che verrà cotta sulla loro brace esposta in sala. Bellissima esperienza.

Un bellissimo e curatissimo giardino proprio di fronte al campanile della chiesa di Spirano introduce al ristorante 3 noci. Un posto che sembra uscito da un libro di fiabe. All'interno, prosegue nellaspettativa con ambienti ariosi e luminosi, con tovaglie candide e fantastiche rose e ortensie fresche disposte con eleganza. Il menù è composto da piatti interessanti e sfiziosi senza troppi inutili stravolgimenti. La carne fa da padrona, grazie anche ad una griglia a legna. La qualità delle materie prime è ottima. Il cestino del pane è un trionfo di panificati, grissini, fette tostate prodotti dal ristorante e buonissimi. Affettati, tomini, tartare e carne sono conditi con un ottimo olio toscano. Interessante il carrello dei contorni crudi e cotti che si possono comporre e condire a piacimento. Per finire, su consiglio della titolare, piccole meringhe e una strepitosa crostata con crema calda e frutta secca. Ottimo anche il vino Artimino 1596. Il servizio è attento e cordiale. Super consigliato.

Ambiente molto accogliente che sa di casa, camino in sala dove viene grigliata la carne molto suggestivo. Antipasto della casa molto buono e carne spettacolare.
