From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The staff is so friendly and helpful and truly go above and beyond in every way.
The rooms are modest, but well styled and very comfortable. The AC is great in the rooms.
The food is absolutely delicious. The views are breathtaking.

We rented the entire facility for 1 week for our family and friends to join us for our wedding. Everyone was impressed and extremely satisfied. Our expectations were exceeded in every way!

The location is in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by farms and vineyards. Montepulciano is very close. Siena is about 1 hour away, Florence is 100 minutes.

The location of La Chiusa is breathtaking. George and Linda have done a great job so far restoring the property which is truly a labor of love. Because it is a historic property they have to get permission for any update. Rooms are comfortable and each is unique. It is perfectly located to experience Tuscany. When we first arrived there was a wedding reception and later a first communion celebration. Their staff obviously do a great job ensuring every event is special and guests are well taken care of. We would highly recommend visiting LaChiusa

La Chiusa is a cozy ,welcoming place. You are surrounded by spectacular views. La Chiusa offers its guests comfortable accommodations and spacious rooms. The WiFi was never slowed, which is a plus if you wish to sat outside poolside or at any of the many places around the grounds.
There is a full service restaurant on the grounds, serving a continental breakfast and a large menu for lunch and dinner.
The location is convenient for guests to wander through the grape vineyards, and the olive groves and to discover the beehives on the vast property as well as the nearby village of Montefollonico.
La Chiusa is a place you will want to visit again and again.

This place is really special! The building and grounds here are absolutely stunning and you can tell they really care about nature and being sustainable. You’re surrounded by olive groves, gardens and a beautiful view of Montepulciano. The staff was really kind. I liked the unique, funky style of the room decor. My only regret is not staying longer. Also, make sure to book a table at their restaurant ahead of time, we arrived on a Saturday night and they were already fully booked!

We stayed at La Chiusa as part of the Cook in Tuscany program. It is a charming, comfortable, historic, and picturesque boutique hotel with all modern amenities. The staff is outstanding, responsive to all requests, and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Our dining experiences were exceptional - delicious food and superior service. A five star experience!

Well appointed rooms in a gorgeous setting, attended by top flight staff. Truly, we can think of no suggestions for improvements. Our only regret is that we had to leave to continue our Italian vacation elsewhere. Highly recommend La Chiusa! Also, check out the Cook In Tuscany package. Most excellent!

We absolutely loved our time at La Chiusa. We had to change our reservation and ended up needing to bring our children. The staff was so kind and patient to get all the necessary changes for our family. Once we arrived the staff was very friendly at check in and showed us to our rooms. We ate dinner and breakfast and the restaurant was delicious! The staff gave us a map and some recommendations of things to do. There is also plenty of things to do on site if you don't want to leave. We will be back and definitely recommend going to visit!

My husband and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary and it was perfect. We had a beautiful room over looking the hills with Montepulciano in the distance. The grounds were incredible with stunning views everywhere you looked. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the owners brought a positive energy! We were lucky to eat at the restaurant for dinner and it was the best meal we had on our entire 12 day trip!! We hope to be back!

Heaven in disguise. This establishment should be used as the guidepost for classes in the hospitality industry. The rooms are immaculate and welcoming, the staff friendly yet extremely professional, the location is a slice of one of the most scenic places on the continent. Every detail of your stay is handled with care for your comfort. A true gem.

We loved this Agritourismo. The hole resort is so beautiful! From the reception area to the rooms.
The restaurant is very good, we enjoyed our dinner here. We also booked a cooking class with nonna and the next day we rented two e-bikes to explore the surrounding.
Linda and her team did everything to make our stay unforgettable.

I love La Chiusa!!! The restaraunt, staff, and luxury rooms have been just a pleasure. My husband and I stayed in the old olive mill room. It’s so cool! The views are absolutely incredible here. I love going to breakfast in the dining area every morning with an incredible array of food, sweet and savory to choose from. Great place for our honeymoon. Would also be a great place to bring friends and family. They have many great workshops and classes to keep you busy too. Thank you La Chiusa!

La Chuisa Boutique Inn is a gem in the middle of Tuscany! The location is exceptional, the staff are so helpful and thoughtful, the food is amazing and the rooms are great! The property itself is stunning; a place you could spend hours at and never tire of the views and the peaceful surroundings!

If you are looking for a picture postcard quaint Tuscany village, this is it! The hotel is just the right size positioned in just the right place. It really feels like you are staying in a CGI created place. It is so worth it.

Everything about La Chiusa is exceptional!! The owners, George and Linda, are the best and so much fun. Francesca is an absolute delight and so incredibly warm, kind and so thoughtful. The Kitchen staff “Nonna” Antonietta and New Yorker Antonietta are wonderful. We completely enjoyed all our cooking classes. The rest of the staff are also so helpful and kind, they have made our stay unforgettable. The food is magnificent, the views are breathtaking and the grounds are gorgeous. We stayed at La Chiusa Boutique Inn & Restaurant for 5 days with my siblings and spouses. Francesca welcomed our group, checked us in, showed us our beautiful accommodations and invited us to dine at the restaurant that evening. We sat outside with a couple bottles of wine on the beautiful patio with an incredible view of the valley and Montepulciano on the hilltop! Our dinner, wine, and service was amazing! The next day we took one of their cooking classes and had the best time!
Francesca and the rest of the staff were great! They were always willing to help us book dinner reservations, gave us great suggestions and even booked transportation.

We stayed for only one night at Relais la Chiusa and wished we stayed more. The staff is adorable and available at all times, the location is perfect, and the rooms are spacious and charming. Compared to other hotels in the region and in the same price range, La Chiusa is by far one of the best we’ve seen! Not to mention that they’re pet friendly, as our golden retriever was allowed to explore all the property, including sunbathing by the pool side. You’ll definitely bump into the owner who’s super welcoming and adorable. We will for sure come back on our next trip to Tuscany!
