B&B Villa Anita

At Villa Anita you will find a broad variety of delicious things at breakfast. Even if the weather is not perfect, there is a nice balcony from which to enjoy a view of the lake. We had a room with a private bath. The room was very small, but adequate for the two of us. Hostess Elena speaks some English and is very talented at what she does.

The room was beautiful and very clean. It was well designed, there could be observed the care for details. The view from our room was magnificent, better than it was shown in the photos.
The parking was free and the breakfast very nice! The hosts are very nice and willing to help. We enjoyed a lot to stay here, one of the best locations to stay at Lake Como!

Quite nice of a place. They serve a nice breakfast every morning and the rooms are not too bad. My favorite service was that they personally made the coffee for you every morning based on what you wanted (cappuccino or espresso, etc).

By far one of the best locations to book for a vacation at Lake Como. The view from our room was magnificent, better than it was shown in the photos. You get free parking and a very nice breakfast! The hosts are very nice and willing to help. It is about 10 minutes far from the boat station if you take the shortcut path :)

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Anita. Hosts were incredibly friendly and picked us up from the train station. Breakfast each morning was quite a spread- lots to choose from and all very good. The view from our room and the shared balcony was absolutely to die for. Would definitely recommend!

Rientrata ieri da una brevissima permanenza a Bellano, borgo meraviglioso sul Lago di Como.
Il B&B Villa Anita che mi ha ospitata è in una posizione strategica a pochi minuti a piedi dal lungolago.
Ho apprezzato moltissimo ogni cura e gentilezza che Elena e Giovanni mi hanno riservato, camera con bagno spaziosi e ben organizzati.
Colazione ottima con possibilità di scelta tra diversi prodotti.

To najlepsze miejsce widokowe w normalnej i dobrej cenie! Mieliśmy duży pokój z łazienką i balkonem z widokiem na jezioro. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Woda do picia bez ograniczeń. Domowe ciasta, tarty i rogaliki. Duży wybór. Świetna kawa! Właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni. Do centrum Bellano pieszo jest 10 min. Droga prowadzi cudnymi uliczkami pieszymi. To jedno z piękniejszych miejsc nad Como.

Proprietari simpatici e attenti, le stanze son basiche ma non manca nulla. Colazione ricca e spazio in comune ampio e con una vetrata con vista sul lago che è davvero sbalorditiva.
La vista ti rimette al mondo. Si respira davvero un clima di vacanza e riposo…

Camera piccola ma confortevole. Colazione favolosa con dolci fatti in casa davvero eccezionali. Proprietari simpatici e cordiale. Posizione fantastica vicina al centro. Splendida vista sul lago.
Consiglio come tappa per il Sentiero del Viandante (esperienza eccezionale)

La camera era carinissima. Mi piace tantissimo che ad ogni stanza sia abbinato un colore diverso e lo stesso venga usato poi per i tavoli. La proprietaria è gentilissima e la colazione (un po' comprata e un po' fatta in casa) è stata molto buona e soprattutto con una vista splendida sul lago

E’ come essere a casa. Camera pulitissima e dotata di ogni confort. La posizione e’ strategica infatti in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la riva del lago dove si può passeggiare e godere del panorama. I proprietari cortesi e disponibili per ogni necessità. Una colazione completa di tutto dal dolce al salato alla frutta. Da ritornare sicuramente, anche se fosse solo per bere un altro super cappuccino fatto dalla sig.ra Renata.

Super séjour !! Excellent accueil de Giovanni, toujours soucieux du bien-être de ses hôtes, un grand merci à lui. Chambre triple propre et spacieuse avec une magnifique vue panoramique sur le lac. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux, café ou capuccino Giovanni vous le prépare selon vos souhaits, accès au salon ainsi qu'à la terrasse toujours avec vue magnifique. Très bon emplacement pour les visites, à 5 minutes du centre de Bellano et à 5km de Varenna. Parking au sein de la maison ce qui très appréciable. Au B&B Anita on se sent bien comme chez nous et ça c'est génial. Je reviendrai à coup sûr mais cette fois ci avec ma petite famille 😉

Résidence avec une vue imprenable sur le lac, le petit déjeuner est très copieux et bon, et l'accueil et la disponibilité des hôtes est irréprochable.

Nous avons trouvé la chambre un peu petite mais sinon tout était présent pour que nous puissions passer un agréable séjour.

Penser à mettre un rideau de douche dans la chambre rose, mais sinon très peu de choses à redire.

Eine sehr schöne Übernachtung und sehr freundliche ,herzliche Gastgeber.Ein wunderschöner Ausblick und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück,mit vom Gastgeber persönlich zubereitetem Capuccino.Eine angenehme Atmosphäre in traumhafter Lage.Bunte Zimmer ,alles sauber.Preisleistung was absolut ok für die tolle Lage...Ich empfehle Euch weiter

Due giorni meravigliosi in un posto stupendo. Ci si sente a casa, Elena e Giovanni ottimi padroni di casa. La camera molto bella e accogliente, arredata con gusto e molto funzionale.
Grande attenzione ai dettagli in ogni situazione. Consigliatissimo

Struttura molto bella con clima familiare, gestori molto cortesi ed attenti a ogni bisogno, io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo!
Colazione abbondante a tutti gli orari, consigliatissimo!
