Came here to do stand up paddle boarding and also rent a paddleboat to go around the lake. Our group had a really good time and would recommend it!

The owner is really helpful and friendly, explaining to us the different options. The area was quiet and beautiful, which made for an enjoyable time just going around the lake.

Prices were also quite affordable as well, with the time limit not being a strict 1hr etc as well. Facilities were clean as well.

From my experience, no need to book ahead, just head to the receptions and they’ll will sort you out. Also make sure to bring cash as they only accept card above €100

Fantastic place to go camping, very helpful and friendly staff. The price is not high and includes electricity and water. The campsite has its own access to the beach with a stunning view of Lake Como. It is also possible to rent kayaks, pedal boats and bicycles. There is a cafe where you can eat and drink coffee at a good price and wi-fi is free. The bathrooms are neat and clean, I sincerely recommend it to everyone.

Owner of the campsite was amazing and helped us find a space just outside near the grapes and let us stay for 2 days. Really helpful. Him and his wife were both very lovely, right next to the lake and ideal for renting equipment for water sports. Toilets and showers very clean
Nice place to stay!

Wonderful staff, I arrived late at night, around 11 PM, while it's rainy. They allowed me to get in without checking in. The next day, they were super helpful during the check out. The place is next to the lake with direct access. I loved this place. Definitely 5 stars.

Fantastic campsite! Support given in booking two adjacent pitches. Relatively small but great facilities, including the cafe/restaurant and stuff to support being on the lakeside. Atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.Toilet/shower block always clean. Location ideal on the edge of two villages with a selection of shops, quality cafes, restaurants and ice cream parlours.

Return Customer. Never tried a room only stay on the campingsite. For us the best place at lake Como. Highly recommend. Since our first visit in 2015 quality standard remain high over the years.

Highly recommended. Pleasant personel helped us find a spot when we were in need. Easy access to electricity and water. Cheap price. Restaurant/bar at the place. Clean and modern facilities.

Really good showers and toilets and very clean.
When we are back in Italy, we will definitely return.

Best..... Camping..... Ever.

Me and my girl went on a road trip through Swistserland, Austria and Italy. By far the best camping we encountered. Very clean laventories, great acces to Como lake, supermarkets and a few good pizzeria's nearby. Reception sells pizza and croissants for reasonable prices and rents kayaks / canou's for a fair price as well. Very friendly staff (good english). It was a little crowded but in general places were spacious. Would definently recommend!

This site is right on shores of lake Como. 20 minute walk to Dongo where you can catch the Ferry to Ballagio, Como or any of the other villages. The location is superb. The site facilities (showers etc) are some of the best encountered and staff are excellent. Kayaks/paddle boards can be hired right on the beach. A fantastic place and 100% recommended.

This well located site on the edge of Lake Como is great. It’s well positioned just a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal so it’s really easy to get around the lake and takes less than an hour to get to Como town. We visited here with our dog, it’s very dog friendly and there were lots of other dogs on the site too, with lovely walks around the lake.
The gentleman who helped us, possibly the manager/owner was lovely, he waited late for us arriving and then gave a really good recommendation for the boat hire that allowed dogs.
I would highly recommend this site. There isn’t a great deal in Dongo, but everywhere is so accessible from here.
The facilities were good, very clean with hairdryers and toilet roll provided! There are quite a few permanent caravans here so a lot of people know each other, but we felt welcome and it meant that everyone was very keen to keep the place clean and tidy.

Lovely campsite, really close to the lake and most pitches provide good shade. Dog friendly too. Nice staff, toilets and showers are clean and decent water sports equipment for rent.

Got into lake como late on evening and struggled to find anywhere (nice) to stay.
The staff were great and made no drama of my late unplanned arrival. They gave me a nice spot for my small tent and motorcycle. Then rang a local pizza place and ordered me a lovely pizza.
The site was that good I wanted to stay another night, this was no problem to the staff.

So I'm sitting here now drinking a lovely red wine made by the owner and only (€4.50) for half a litre.

Well done guys a wonderful place and fantastic value for money. And thanks to the owners son who is awesome and knows the true value of great customer service.

Cant wait to come visit again.

Showers and toilets are free and extremely clean, the location is breath-taking; you couldn’t be closer to the Como Lake and it’s still quiet and peacefull! The owners of the campsite are super friendly and really do everything to make your stay perfect. After one day they already felt like friends :D. Also perfect spot if you are travelling with your dog. We are coming back soon!

We arrived late at night, but no problem. They were very helpful, you can order pizza & pasta takeaway to eat in the bar. 2 meals €13. After Switzerland that's so cheap. Right on the lake , small beach, water sports, you can walk into town, choice of bars & restaurants. The most beautiful views, recommend getting the ferry to Ballagio or just driving around the lake. Beautiful.

Cozy family camping site right by the lake! Sanitary was very clean and they have great facilities for children. Very friendly staff who will help you with all your questions. We wanted to rent a car and they helped us a great deal. We will definitely go back.

Fantastic family run campsite . Right at the lake , well maintained pitches and beach front. All very tidy and looked after ! Great facilities , modern and very clean. very friendly and helpful owners , always available to provide a helping hand. Shops , restaurants walking distance , camping serving nice coffee and croissants in the morning . Thanks so much for having us and looking after us. We will be back.

One of my all time favorite campsites. It's not big and pitches are small, but it's cozy and very neat. It offers a bit of quiet in a very touristy environment. Has got it's own little private beach, and the cleanest toilet and shower block you can imagine. Close to kite surfing and mountain biking spots. You can rent bikes and canoes and order breakfast and dinner. A real 'find'.

A beautiful spot with only about 50 well equipped pitches. New, super clean toilet block (the only place I have stayed where they vacuum clean the sinks). Friendly bar with take away pizzas (they send out for them), kite surfing tuition, kayaks etc to hire. Site opens straight onto the lake with a little "beach".
You just need to make sure you have cash as they do not take credit cards and don't expect to find a large food shop anywhere near.
Some beautiful walks up above the town and round the lake. Dongo has an informative, multi media museum about the final days of the war in the region.

We have been meaning to write this since our visit to Magic Lake in July. I don't usually do reviews but feel an excellent review has been earned by the staff here. Lovely, friendly - nothing too much trouble people. We had fantastic views and the facilities are kept really clean. A great little bar on site added to the experience. We were in a motor home and travelled to other places after this but felt our 5 days here were among the best we had over the 3 weeks.
