Amazing little gem
Chiara was a really good guide (also very good English) and shared a lot of interesting facts around the palace which made the few rooms even more enjoyable.
Guided tour costs 10€ and lasts around an hour. Available in several languages also (other guide was speaking Spanish).
Totally recommend

Nice interior space when elaborate baroque style decoration. We joined the English tour and learned interesting family stories and also cool that the family still lives in this palace.

A great experience in Catana! The palace is amazing and we really enjoyed our visit. Heads up to our guide who was super friendly and had loads of fun facts to share with us (and showed a lot of patience answering all our questions!)

Beautiful baroque palace, a charismatic tour guide and an entertaining presentation of material with humor. Unbelievable, but not knowing Italian, we got a lot of positive impressions and emotions. Recommended!

It is fantastic place. Italian baroque style from 15th century. Weddings are still held in this palace. There are tours in Italian and English

The Palazzo Biscari is a monumental private palace located right up against the city walls. Built in 1702, after the famous earthquake of 1693, this Sicilian baroque style palace is the oldest in Catania and also the largest. The highly decorative interiors are open for guided tours and used for cultural events.

The guide doesn't speak too loud, but otherwise a quick and nice palace. There are roman bath flooring that you can walk on.

One on the best experiences in Catania. I was the only one person in Englisg speaking group, so I basically had a private tour 😉 I’ve heard great stories about the palazzo and really enjoyed the experience. It was a bit short but i believe it was worth it.

A very beautiful palace with an interesting history. It is worth getting a tour to understand the story behind it and its current use. Our guide, Agatino, was excellent.

We just visited palazzo biscari and we had one of the most wonderful guides (in English). A sicilian young lady named Chiara, guided us and shared with us her passion in history and culture with a beautiful smile .

Beautiful place with beautiful people, thanks a lot to Chiara Garibaldi (hope I wrote the name correctly, sorry if not), who told us the story of the palace and answered to all our questions, she was great, about the palace now: the building is fascinating: the rooms, the atmosphere, the style and some small details, which have greatly meanings behind, worth to see and feel with the guides!!!, because without the guide you just see the building, but with the guide you feel the historyl! Have a great time in Catania!!!!!

Very different palace. At first quite dark, not glamourous at all until one enters the dance hall. Beautiful, unusual staircase on one side.

Beautiful mansion and very much recommend getting a guide to tell you the history, its not a very long tour but you get more context

One of the most beautiful villas I have ever seen! The host of the tour was delightful! Super funny and very interactive, being related to the family who owned the villa, the host had wonderful insights and anecdotes. Fun host, pretty villa and amazing pictures
