Agriturismo I Gergoni

I don’t even know where to begin. Firstly, thank you Carlo and Paola for opening your beautiful home. This villa is an absolute fairytale. It’s even more beautiful in real life and you have everything you need for a longer stay. It’s clean, comfortable and spacious. Not to mention the pool area is gorgeous and the sunsets are breathtaking from there. There are a few separate villas on the property with different families staying but we absolutely loved the feeling of multiple people all enjoying the beauty of Carlo and Paola’s home. It still feels very private as everyone is separated and there’s barely any noise. At night, it’s so peaceful. You’re surrounded by the gorgeous landscapes of Umbria (it’s right near the border of Toscana) and you’ll see wildlife frolicking through the fields. Think deers, a baby fox! There’s such a sense of peace and serenity here. The location is superb! Close to the station (7-min drive). You can day trip to Rome, Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano and the likes, all in driving distance! Plus, you can have your own BBQ as well as even make your own woodfire pizza if you’re up for it (when in Italy!). And finally, thank you Carlo for being so kind and thoughtful. Both yourself and Paola made our experience absolutely incredible. We can’t wait to visit again! ❤

We had an amazing stay at I Gergoni! We were there for a long weekend but would've loved to stay longer. It's a great place to unwind & relax in beautiful nature. Carlo & his family welcomed us warmly. They are amazing hosts & keep their houses & property well maintained. You can tell things are done with love there 😊
We explored the area, did a gorgeous hike, went to the hot springs & relaxed at Carlo's pool.
We would go back in a heartbeat & definitively recommend to stay there.

Beautiful houses, we have been here last year. Beds are comfortable and the houses clean and large. We love to spent our holidays here. I am a flight attendant and travel a lot but this is my favorite. We have two lagotto’s Romagnolo dogs and they have here the time of their life here.
The owners live here too with their dogs, also two Lagotti girls and Otto and are most friendly and helpful.

I have so many wonderful things to say about I Gergoni it's difficult to know where to start. We are Canadian and held our wedding here in May of 2019. Communicating with host/owner Carlo from abroad was easy and he made us feel comfortable every step of the way. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family, and Carlo and Paola's hospitality was unparalleled. They went above and beyond in so many ways to make our wedding lovely and catered to anything we could need. The rooms and property itself are even more beautiful than photos online can show. We hosted 30 of our friends and family members for the week of our wedding and everyone had an incredible time- it's the perfect spot for a family reunion and many of our guests have expressed interest in returning. Carlo and Paola have plenty of recommendations for restaurants, wineries and day trips in the area, all of which are worth exploring as the area of Umbria in which they are located is absolutely stunning (and yet surprisingly not very touristy).

Honestly, I could spend an entire day talking about how incredible I Gergoni is, but you really need to experience it for yourself to fully understand the magic of the setting and the kindness of the people who live there. Non so davvero da dove iniziare a tessere le lodi di questo agriturismo, iniziamo dai padroni di casa Carlo e Paola sono dei padroni di casa eccellenti, davvero accoglienti e gentilissimi e molto molto simpatici., ai loro amici pelosetti Greta e Merilin vuoi subito bene.
La struttura è davvero bella, ben fatta, ben tenuta, gli appartamenti sono arredati con gusto con mobili antichi di pregio, dotati di ogni comfort, cucina attrezzatissime e cosa non trascurabile in ogni appartamento trovi la lavatrice e lavastoviglie, ogni appartamento ha il suo spazio esterno con barbecue in muratura, il camino ha un tiraggio spettacolare.
La posizione è davvero unica circondati di verde e un panorama mozzafiato!
E La piscina cristallina! Esperienza da ripetere quanto prima!!!

Location stupenda, gli appartamenti sono molto comodi e ben arredati dove non manca nulla insomma ti senti come a casa tua. Laura e Carlo, sono molto gentili e disponibili, dei veri padroni di casa. Ottimo l'olio di loro produzione.

Agriturismo incantevole, i proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Tutto molto curato sia l'esterno che all'interno.

Abbiamo passato il Capodanno ai Gergoni nel cuore delle colline umbre,un luogo dove rilassarsi veramente , godendo dei piacevolissimi panorami e di tramonti meravigliosi.
L'accoglienza di Paola e Carlo è davvero speciale, sempre pronti a dare suggerimenti agli ospiti su dove assaporare piatti tipici e scoprire le bellezze di questo territorio, vista anche la posizione privilegiata rispetto ad interessanti città d'arte come Siena, Firenze, Roma, Chianciano, Montepulciano, Arezzo e tante altre.
Lo consiglio con vero entusiasmo !

I Gergoni è il posto ideale dove stare in pace e potersi rilassare al meglio: posizione incantevole, immersi nella natura, aria salubre, passeggiate tra gli ulivi e nel bosco, bagni in piscina con una vista spettacolare sul tramonto.
La struttura e' nuova e ben tenuta, curatissima sia all'esterno, negli spazi comuni le aree verdi e la piscina, che all'interno, le camere, spaziose, sono immacolate e pulite. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Perfetto.
Carlo e Paola gestiscono la struttura con grande gentilezza e professionalità, creando un ambiente familiare e piacevolissimo. Da non dimenticare le due dolcissime cagnoline Greta e Marylin indimenticabili mascotte della nostra vacanza.
Cura particolare è riservata all’adozione di tutte le misure di sicurezza e igiene anti Covid.

Een prachtige, rustige locatie. Ruime appartementen, goede kwaliteit materialen, goede bedden, complete inrichting.
De eigenaren zijn hartelijk, vriendelijk, gastvrij en ze doen er alles aan om ons verblijf een succes te maken.
Het uitzicht vanuit het huis/appartement is prachtig, je kijkt over het dal. De snelweg en spoorlijn is te zien en deels te horen maar zeker niet hinderlijk. Anders mogelijk ook te stil.
Prachtig ruim gedeeld zwembad en voor iedereen is er ligplaats. Of je nu in de zon of juist in de schaduw wil staan. Parkeren is op centraal terrein waardoor de sfeer van de huizen goed blijft bestaan.
In de avond kan je de herten zien grazen als je gelukt hebt. Of de hazen zien hoppen op het veld in het dal.

Un posto magnifico, disponibilità e gentilezza dei boss, Carlo e Paola , che con con la loro discrezione vi fanno sentire a casa vostra... swimming pool inclusa !
Un endroit magnifique, propre, en super relax. Les proprios sont adorables.

In een woord geweldig! Mooi, ruim, heerlijk zwembad, prachtige omgeving, lieve eigenaars.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto bella e rilassante ... Paola e il marito sono stati molto gentili e disponibili !! Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente .

Agriturismo eccellente bellissima posizione Paola e Carlo molto attenti e disponibili ad ogni richiesta.
