Moby Dick Ristorante - Pizzeria con forno a legna

Moby was the first place the family and I visited on our vacation in Pizzo. The food was great, the service was exceptional and the staff was wonderful. The tiramisu was excellent. Thank you for the great experience, Franco and the crew.

We have visited this restaurant on numerous occasions, the fresh grilled Orata (sea bream) is the best in the area, fresh and perfectly grilled, very reasonable prices too😉

Perfect pizza, stunnig view, very good service, affordable price. What else do you need? Maybe a glass of local wine :)

After arriving in Calabria at Lamezia I wanted to find somewhere to have lunch after travelling. This restaurant is right by some free parking and a beautiful beach/cove with clear blue water and soft sand! The waiters were lovely, very attentive! The food and drinks are extremely well priced, you would never find food this good at these prices in a location as lovely as this in the UK, or many other places for that matter. The restaurant was clean and very welcoming, we will definitely be making this a go to place each time we get off the plane!

Moby Dick is awesome for its food, atmosphere, and service. Great pizzas, pastas, and desserts. Franco, Antonio, and Giuseppe are all wonderful people.

They have pizza for vegan, good English speaking, big salads. Pizza was amazing!!

So good, we ate there for lunch and dinner on the same day! The wait staff, Franceso and Angelo were excellent, efficient and friendly. They helped make our meal experience perfect. The calamari was our favorite followed closely by the tortufa which we had to have after dinner as well as after lunch. And a final shout out for house made lemon crema liquor.

Best place for having lunch/dinner and feeling the italian way of life. Ask for Franco (he is the best waiter) and try the pizza and catch of the day 😋

Locale molto bello, il lungomare neanche a parlarne... spettacolare. Pizza Moby Dick (tonno locale, cipolla rossa di Tropea e 'nduja) buonissima, impasto leggero e croccante, pizza vegetariana con verdure fresche grigliate benissimo, pizza salsiccia e funghi porcini anche questa ben fatta e ottimi prodotti.... patatine fritte, birra rossa alla spina 0,5 2 bibite, acqua e caffè, personale gentile e disponibile a venire incontro ad ogni esigenza. Spesa circa 40€ oer una cena molto soddisfacente. Vero che il parcheggio non è facile ma il locale non ne può nulla, in compenso il piccolo autobus elettrico comodi da fare spola tra passeggiata e piazza principale per 2,50€ a persona.

Un bellissimo ristorante a vista mare.. Molto accogliente grazie anche al personale che è sempre gentile e a disposizione. Nulla da togliere agli altri camerieri che sono tutti fantastici e garbati, ma il signor Franco è il miglior cameriere in assoluto. Ti fa sentire come a casa e sa sempre cosa consigliarti. Educato, gentile, molto simpatico e allegro a scherzare con i clienti.
Ottima anche la cucina, e la pizza poi non ne parliamo proprio 😋 Vi consiglio di andarci 🥰ne vale la pena. 🤗

Splendida location e ottimo cibo. Buonissima la pizza con n'duja, tonno e cipolla rossa di Tropea. Infine, abbiamo apprezzato anche il fantastico vassoio misto di pesce fresco e friggitoria. Servizio impeccabile. Servizi igienici pulitissimi.

Schöner Ausblick aufs Meer und Stromboli. Angenehmes Sitzen draußen, gute Atmosphäre. Alle waren höflich, nett und aufmerksam. Große saubere Toiletten.
Toller Pizza Ofen.
Die Pizza mit nur Tomatensoße und Knoblauchscheiben, die wir zum Salat aßen, war bis zum letzten Bissen knusprig, die hat wirklicher super geschmeckt. Hab leider vergessen ein Bild zu machen. Danach hatten wir beide ein Nudelgericht, das auch sehr lecker war. Würde wieder dort essen. Weiterempfehlung!

Storico locale nella marina di Pizzo, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. É presente una sala interna e anche dei posti esterni. É molto piacevole cenare in primavera o autunno. Professionalità e cortesia. Dopo si puó fare una bella passeggiata sul lungomare e prendere un bel gelato. Pizzo merita un locale così. Spero di tornarci presto.

Locale molto carino situato praticamente sul mare, cibo di ottima qualità, pesce tutto super freschissimo e ben fatto, un ultimo complimento e non per importanza al personale soprattutto al grande Franco il quale ci ha accolto e consigliato con tanta professionalità e passione.!
