This shop is a hidden gem in shops. Gloria is very friendly and helpful. Every morning of our stay at hostel, started with visiting Gloria and planning our day. You should avoid using google maps in this area and follow Gloria's advices and maps, as well :). Thank you so much!

If you’re staying in the area, do go and visit Gloria and her family! She gives great advice on Cinque Terre, sells tickets for the blue route, bus tickets, and some local souvenirs. You can also have a coffee, pastry, beer, or wine here for a lovely price with other locals. I wish every town had a Gloria!

You also can get your bus and train tickets here, some nice presents from Cinque Terre and delicious Croissants with a good coffee to start of your day.
The most important thing you can get though are the tipps Gloria gives you for your journey. No matter if you plant to go on a hike or a bus ride.

Gloria was an AMAZING help to us this week. She recommended incredible hikes that we would never have known about except from a local. She has amazing local foods in her shop for a reasonable price and better than the touristy areas (limoncello, honey, pesto, etc). She always helped us find the cheapest option for travel and our stay was perfect because of all her suggestions!! We wish we had a Gloria in each city we visited!! High recommend her shop! (And she has the best coffee options for our morning coffee time!! :))

Gloria is amazing, it's not only a tabacco shop but also a INFORMATION POINT for the Cinque Terre. She sell train's ticket, give plan for your hiking around a nice cappuccino!

Gloria, the owner of this store, made our stay in Biassa such a warm experience. She helped us with our questions about where to go, when and how. Our stay in Biassa was such a remarkable one thanks to her.

The little shop serve as Point of information. The owner is extremely friendly, she helped us arrange our journey to the cinqueterre. You can purchase your train tickets and all kind of services and tickets before going down to the cinqueterre (and save time queing later on) and prices are really accessible. 100% recommend to just stop by, grab a cappuccino in the morning while you organise your day!

Gloria is very helpful and a lovely person. With an incredible patience she creates day trips and explains where to go and how to get there from Biassa. You can even buy all the necessary tickets there in advance. Plus, she has a nice selection of local products you won‘t find at the touristy spots of Cinque Terre – and especially not for such a fair price.

Gloria is lovely and so helpful. She will tell you everything you need to know about the cinque Terre and the transportation to and from towns and La Spezia. She also tries to help you save money on these things. She also provides a very nice and cheap coffee and croissant for breakfast.

Extremely friendly and helpful, fair prices and you feel welcomed. There is breakfast and the owner speaks English.

If you are in Biassa, you should definitely go to Glorias Tabbacheria right up the road of the church. She is a great person with a big heart, who will always welcome you in any kind of weather. We stayed in an Airbnb in Biassa and went for breakfast there every morning. Afterwards she would always help us plan our day trips and provide us with the neccessary public transportation tickets. She also has a very good collection of food and wines from local venders, that she personally knows and some art. So definitely check that out! If you arrive late, she opens till eight in the evening ( in summer even later). So you should be able to get everything, you’ll need for your first home cooked dinner on arrival, as well as possibly needed personal care items. Definetly come and see her, if only for a coffee. Such a caring and nice person. Thank you for helping us make great memories.

If you need anything at all when visiting Biassa, go here and ask Gloria! She has a lot of tourist-y information and can offer you different services, like bus/train tickets, what beach to visit, where to hike (and tell which hiking trails you need to pay for!) and so on. She's a great guide who also sells local products like wine and pesto at very good prices. And she speaks English! :) If you're staying in the area you definitely should visit Gloria!

Had a very pleasant stay in Biassa, mainly thanks to Gloria. She helped us plan our 3 days around the qinque terre. Thanks to her we explored the area in a unique and cheap way! Would greatlu recommend visiting Gloria for advice to everyone.

I can’t agree more with all the positive comments. Gloria helped me from the first day in Biassa with the best advice for the trip. I was traveling by myself and her suggestions were everything I needed to visit the most interesting places in Cinque Terre. Her tabaccheria has all you need for the trip, from bus and train tickets to locally produced wines at convenient prices. I bought a delicious orange jam and red wine which are all under the Cinque Terre origin brand.
I strongly recommend this place, Gloria is an amazing person and I am very grateful to meet her. I hope I can come back next time with family and/or friends:)

We stayed in Biassa for three days to visit Cinque Terre and Gloria was our savior! She has everything you would possibly need in her store. And the coffee was great! She was really nice to us, helping to plan all our trips just to take the most of our days. She has tickets for all, buses, trains and the Cinque Terre card.

Gloria the owner was extremely helpful to us. She gave us many options for hiking and sight seeing in the Cinque Terre. She is able to sell train tickets for accessing the area. She also has a nice store with any needed items. If you are in Biassa save yourself time and just go talk to Gloria, she’ll get everything you need setup.

This was my first time in Cinque Terre and she was extremely helpful. Every morning I would go to her shop to get tips on where to hike and what to do. You can also get train and bus passes there. She does a great job helping make sure you get to where you need to go! She's friendly and sweet. I highly recommend going to Gloria's shop. Even better she has local gifts that are perfect for your friends and family back home.

Gloria has been super helpful, friendly and forthcoming for explaining local hikes, providing train and bus tickets, and also has very fair prices for local wines, or chocolate croissants in the morning. Highly recommend stopping by her store!

The owner, Gloria is genuinely a nice person. She is kind and smiling. She has everything you need for your visit of the cinque terre to be perfect, from bus tickets to amazing souvenirs. Honestly if you stay or swing by Biassa you should pay her a visit I can assure you you’ll leave her place with a smile!
