Didn’t expect the quality to be that amazing when merely seeing from outside. It is absolutely an amazing experience to have lunch here as the fish carborana is a so tasty combination of flavourful cheese flakes, freshly grinds of black pepper and the perfectly al dente pasta. Beyond any words, I’d say it is a great experience to have this beautiful meal here.

Our tour group of 11 had a wonderful dinner here. My fish ragu pasta, potato & tomato salad, 7 veils chocolate torte were all excellent. The Grillo varietal local white wines are all good too.
All of us were happy with the meals and quality of food and service. Our guide did have to translate the menu for us as they don't have an English menu. About £25 each plus drinks.

Fabulous dinner. I highly recommend the basil risotto (can I please get the recipe to make at home????!!!) The swordfish was delicious (note: I do not like seafood) and I'm completely won over.

A friend of mine and I recently had dinner in this restaurant located right inside the old gates of the city. The location was on point and we enjoyed the place and food. We had some fish appetizers, fried fish, pasta with clams and a 2 glasses of wine. I am local and enjoyed the food, it has a wide range of dishes but little wine selection (marsala is the city of wine so I would suggest to have different varieties just to make sure that basic wines like bio, sparkling or other types can be requested). Overall, we liked it and the prices were average. Around 60 euros 2 people for 2 main courses, one shared appetizer, glasses of wine and coffee. Enjoy it!

Our group was well looked after by Rossella and Giuseppe at the Trattoria as well as at our villa in the hills of Marsala for an entire week. From discussing and agreeing the menu to dining at the Trattoria and all the meals that were served for us at the villa, we had a fantastic and genuine local experience and tasted delicious food all based on locally sourced fresh and in season ingredients. Some personal favourites were the fish cous cous, the sardines cooked in several ways, the pasta with Marsalese pesto, the delicious meat involtini and the baked sausages… not forgetting the Sicilian caponata…and the list could go on! An excellent experience that made us feel at home, and part of the family. Thank you and we hope to be back!

We had a large group and asked for individual checks, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Lots of seafood, pasta and cous cous on the menu--- everyone had a hearty and delicious meal. I chose the cous cous since this part of Sicily is so close to Africa (Tunisia, actually). The cous cous was tasty and filling. The house wine was delicious and inexpensive. The service was friendly and helpful - - not too many in our group learned any Italian before heading out.

Delicious food and kind employees. I suggest the fish cous cous and some fish antipasti with white wine. Price is fine for the offer
