Villa Santa Margherita

Great place to spend some time and go for the cities nearby (Chiaramonte Gulfi, Ragusa, Modica) as well as for tastings at wineries (e.g. Gulfi).
The breakfast offers various and excellent food, a lot of self-made/grown products (olive oil, focaccia, yoghurt).
The pool is above the rooms and offers a beautiful view, in all directions. It is being cleaned every day and invites to relax.
The rooms are very clean and modern.
Natalia and Pavel are great hosts, helpful and friendly.

This place was so nice and calm, we loved staying here for four days. We had the nice large two room suite with a terrace, which we especially enjoyed in the evenings with a glass of wine. The hosts are warm and generous, and they took good care of us - and so did the joyful hotel dog, Limo! Breakfast was great, and it was pleasant to enjoy in the middle garden. The pool was great to cool down after a day in the sun.
We had a rental car, and found this place great for day trips to see important sights in southeastern Sicily, such as the Temple Valley near Agrigento, the Roman Emperors Palace near Piazza Amerina and ceramics in Caltagirone.

I want to write about Villa Santa Margherita so that as many people as possible know about this beautiful corner in the heart of Sicily.
A small group of friends lived in the village in March 2024. It was very comfortable. All bedrooms are cozy and equipped with en-suite shower rooms, with beautiful olive grove calendars from the windows.
Convenient location of the turnoff with the opportunity to travel to neighboring cities: Ragusa, Modica, Chiaramonte Gulfi.
I really liked the relaxation and dining areas in the villa. Everything is decorated very beautifully and with soul. Wonderful interiors.
Large area with olive orchards and orange trees.
Many thanks to Natalya and Pavel for their hospitality and delicious breakfasts. As well as organizing excursions and accompaniment!

The villa is located an hour's drive from Catania airport.
And you don't necessarily need to buy the right amount of olive oil. The best product we tasted in Sicily took about 15 tastings.

If we are in Sicily again, we will definitely stay at this villa again.

Небольшой компанией друзей жили на вилле в марте 2024. Это было очень комфортно. Все спальни уютные и оснащены душевыми комнатами, с прекрасными видами на оливковые рощи из окон.
Удачное месторасположение позволяло с легкостью путешествовать по соседним городкам: Рагуза, Модика, Кьярамонте-Гульфи.
Очень понравились зоны для отдыха и для трапезы на вилле. Очень красиво и с душой все оформлено. Замечательные интерьеры.
Большая территория с оливковыми садами и апельсиновыми деревьями.
Большая благодарность Наталье и Павлу за гостеприимство и вкусные завтраки. А так же организацию экскурсий и сопровождение!

Вилла расположена в часе езды от аэропорта Катания.
И не забудьте непременно купить их роскошного оливкового масла. Лучший продукт из всех что мы дегустировали на Сицилии, а это порядка 15 дегустаций.

Если ещё вернемся на Сицилию, обязательно остановимся снова на этой вилле.

Absolut großartig angelegtes und mit viel Liebe gepflegtes Anwesen, in toller Lage. Eines der Highlights ist der Pool, der jeden Tag gepflegt wird und von dem aus man einen wunderbaren Blick in die Landschaft hat.
Unser geräumiges Zimmer und das moderne Bad waren super sauber und das üppige Frühstück wurde jeden Tag frisch zubereitet.
Wir haben nach 3 Nächten sogar nochmal 3 drangehängt, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat.

Для тех кто ищет место спокойствия, комфорта и только положительные эиоции- вам сюда! Очаровательные хозяева сопроводят вас в мир старой Сицилии с современным комфортом. Можно отдохнуть под тенью оливы, можно поплавать в бассейне) завтрак выше всяких похвал! Дружлюбность, комфорт, чистота, свежесть и гостеприимсто- вот очевидные качества прекрасного места в сердце ( или как говорят сицилийцы на балконе) удивительной Сицилии! Wunderschöne Anlage mit fantastischem Ausblick. Super saubere Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben sechs Tage hier verbracht und den tollen Pool und die Ruhe genossen. Abends kann man herrlich nach Ragusa, Modica oder Chiaramonte Gulfi fahren und dort essen gehen. Auch bemerkenswert war das tolle Frühstück, das mit einer Auswahl an Oliven, Gebäck, hausgemachtem Olivenöl, Brot, Marmeladen, Obst usw aufwarten konnte und welches wir auf der Zimmereigenen Terrasse genießen konnten. Auch die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Es war eine tolle Zeit hier und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Bellissima struttura, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, tra antico e moderno, immersa nella campagna iblea. Pace, relax e comfort. Possibilità di escursioni organizzate nelle località limitrofe alla scoperta delle perle del Barocco, delle prelibatezze della cucina iblea e di panorami mozzafiato.

Siamo stati benissimo. Posto incantevole dove regna la pace. Personale gentile e disponibile.
Non concordiamo con le opinioni di chi ha valutato negativamente la struttura.

Posto bellissimo ,consigliato per il riposo assoluto di corpo e mente .Un oasi di verde. .Piacevolissima la colazione .Sicuramente ci tornerò .

Arrivate oggi per una vacanza mamma e figlia.
La struttura è fantastica. Pulita , silenziosa, ben fatta e molto rilassante.
La consiglio vivamente per i paesaggi , i colori e i suoni e la tranquillità che la contraddistinguono.
L'accoglienza è stata un po' fredda ma poi i proprietari sono stati molto disponibili.
Ritorneremo !
