Hotel Beau Rivage

What a fantastic stay! The hotel is located walking distance from the train station and town centre, and literally a few meters from the lake with the best views. We absolutely loved our room, with extra space in the living area and glorious views from the third floor. The reception and restaurant staff were all extremely friendly and helpful with every request. The bed super comfy and the room always well clean. Unfortunately it was too cold (March) to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, but it still looked very nice! The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations, especially considering that it's a 3 star and also cost-effective

Gorgeous stay in the perfect location - 2 min flat walk to everything. The staff are lovely, especially Giuseppe’s welcoming hospitality.

Excellent stay at a family run hotel. The staff were so friendly, the food excellent and the pool and room were great. Perfect for our family of 4. We hope to return there next year and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Loved it! Room was comfortable and well laid out. Reception staff were extremely helpful and arranged all that we needed. Restaurant staff were friendly especially Guiseppio who was great. Location was perfect. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable

What a wonderful hotel, it's 3 stars and it has everything you need for your holiday. Location is really good and the rooms have AC! The place is a bit run down but clearly beautifully made and the staff is really nice and speak multiple languages. I really think it deserves 5 stars for the value for money you get.

Excellent hotel in a beautiful setting. We were initially a little disappointed not to.be able to book a room at the front with amazing lake views, but our room at the back had a stunning view of the mountains and a full balcony on which to enjoy them. The hotel food is excellent with lots of options for both breakfast and dinner. All staff were friendly, helpful and attentive, as was Josh, the rxcellent Thompson rep. The only even slightly negative comment would be that the bedrooms and corridors could use a little sprucing up, as some decor is looking a little tired. However they are spotlessly clean as is all of the hotel. The hotel is also literally yards from the ferry links to all the small island on the lake so is very well placed. Highly recommended.

The Hotel Beau Rivage was beautiful. The rooms were perfect and clean, the view from the hotel room balconies were stunning and was also well positioned for an evening stroll after dinner. The staff were attentive and the food was delicious. We stayed here as part of a Leger tour at the last leg of our trip, and it was wonderful.

Thanks for a wonderful week. Beau Rivage is a nice hotel directly on a promenade along the lakeside, we enjoyed very good breakfasts, newly equipped clean and quiet room and bathroom with everything one may need, nice swimming pool available till 7pm. It is possible to book a supper in the hotel which is a selection from three available primi piati and three available main dishes, and a daily selection of cakes. Everything we tasted was so good and nicely served. Everybody from the hotel personnel was helpful, kind and professional. Also many thanks for going a long way (literally) to help us with a payment for a lost highway ticket.
I most gladly recommend this hotel to anybody who wishes to enjoy a couple of days in a close proximity to the Borromeo islands.

Went with a travel Department group. Hotel in a great location just across the road from Lake Maggiore. Also very central. Swimming pool excellent.

Lovely, family run hotel on the shore of Lago Di Maggiori. Beautiful public rooms and restaurant. Staff very attentive, especially Maria. Dinner arrived hot and quickly, but you had to chose at breakfast from 4 or 5 choices. Wine excellent and cheap.Went with TUI and they really looked after us. Nice outdoor pool.

A very nice hotel, with an great view above the sea and in the Mountains around.
The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The dinner and the breakfeast are quite good and with a lot to choose.
We'll come back very happily.

While definitely not upper class, this simple yet absolutely beautiful hotel gives you the full Lago Maggiore experience. The staff are very friendly and always helpful and I have enjoyed my stay. It really is beautiful! Most rooms offer tranquil views of the mountains and churches or the lake and the Holocaust memorial. Baveno is a really nice town as well wih its cosy Italian houses and friendly people who always seem to care! We will definitely come again!

Lovely family rum hotel on the shores of Lake Maggiore. Excelent value for money. On the Lake side promenade, Lovely renovated rooms and pool at the bcak of the hotel. Many of Events and Wedding planned by Verbano Evebts whos guests stay here as it's in the center of Town and near the boat pier. When in Baveno if you are looking for excellent

Local travel advice from Verbano Viaggi, the local tours, boat tickets, centovally tockets, from Verbano Viaggi, the Travel Angecy in the square, they are English which is a plus.

Such a gem in a wonderful scenery. We fell in live with the town, the lake, the hotel. The staff were really nice and helpful. The cleaning ladies were fantastic.

Our room had a walk in shower and a seat! The food was excellent, and the staff were both cheerful and helpful. We are going back next year.

Great value for money, with a nice outdoor pool, great breakfast, very friendly and professional staff, comfortable room. Will stay here again and am starting to really like quaint Baveno.

Sent here by mistake but loved every minute. The staff are all extremely helpful and can't do enough for you. Lovely pool. Very near ferry terminal. Everyone we met here intends to come back.
