The best place in this small beautiful city. We would like to thank the waiter - Pierro. The food , the atmosphere and the staff are perfect. We will definitely come back here.

Da Charlie has an interesting, creative menu with fresh "farm-to-table" ingredients and loving preparation. As good a restaurant as one will find in the Castelli Romani. It shows the potential of how great Italian food can become with a fresh look.

Charming atmosphere and very tasty italian food. Great service. Hope to visit this place once again. Only one thing that can be better is air conditioning.

This place was totally worth a separate travel from Rome during our holidays. Cacio e pepe is stunning, you should try it! Ricotta and wild cherries cake is worth separate mention and prise.

Una perla nascosta, l’attenzione posta nella decorazione, la gentilezza dei proprietari lo rende un ristorante veramente piacevole e con un’atmosfera unica.
Abbiamo preso taglieri di salumi e formaggio, fettuccine picchiapo (super!) e polpette molto buone e saporite. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, la cosa che mi è piaciuta meno è stata la focaccia

Non sembra di stare ad Albano!
Locale caratteristico e curato , con luci soffuse e musica rilassante.
Ha una sala più luminosa e un altra più riservata .
Personale gentilissimo e servizio veloce!
Avevamo visto un video su tik tok e siamo andati a provare il cappello del prete !
Devo dire che siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti perché è squisito.. un burro!

Consiglio di parcheggiare al corso di Albano perché sopra al duomo non si trova parcheggio.

Direi un Osteria da 10 e lode, antipasti al top , mangiato un ottima carbonara , secondi piatti in versione gourmet preparati con molta cura e raffinatezza, la preparazione sul tavolo del dolce è uno spettacolo.

Ma quanto si mangia bene Da Charlie Osteria. Ho assaggiato la cacio e pepe (ai due caci) più buona di sempre e anche gli altri commensali sono rimasti entusiasti delle loro scelte. Ho trovato molto accogliente e caldo il locale, molto belle anche le ceramiche che usano. Le uniche critiche che muovo sono la qualità del pane che non è all’altezza dei piatti e le tovagliette che con quelle ceramiche non sono i sintonia.

Posto incantevole. Cucina tipica ma con una presentazione dei piatti elegante. Prezzi corretti. Servizio eccellente! Ristorante ben frequentato

Ambiente piccolo e molto confortevole, caratterizzato da mobilio antico, libri, luci soffuse. Personale gentile e disponibile. Piatti della tradizione rivisitati in chiave moderna con prodotti di qualità. Degno di nota il gelato dell'osteria sia per il gusto che per la presentazione.
