We stopped here on our way from Bologna airport to Montalcino. Just off the motorway so we didn’t have to go out of our way to get there. We were 5 couples without a booking but the very friendly owner Francesco took us in gracefully. The food was excellent, we left it all up to him to feed us and he didn’t disappoint. Starters were simple and excellent and the 3 different types of pasta he served us were amazing. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

We were trying to dine at another 2 other Antico restaurants in the hills around the nature reserve. A twist of fate (and 2 very packed restaurants) had us stumbling to this humble little place.

The restaurant looked simple and unpretentious. The food was amazing! Being Asians, we are not used to eating pasta without toppings.. but the tagliatelle here was soooo goood! It was just plain tagliatella tossed in seasoned oil with white truffle shavings. Portion was perfect and we finally understood why the Italians are so proud of their fresh made pastas 😆 we also had the lamb chops and crescentine, all real good too! Prices were reasonable and would say cheap for the quality of food. Highly recommended!

It was a true gastronomical and human experience being served by Francesco and his team. Excellent tigelli dinner, we also tried the hare stew, and a service full of friendliness and attention. Worth to take a detour to try this experience! Thank you!

Don’t let the location of this restaurant to fool you - come and have a delicious meal! Not a pretentious place but very clean and nice! Delicious homemade bread and pasta! (at least this is what we’ ate). And the service is top too - kind and professional! Thank you

If you are looking for the meal of a lifetime, look no further. Francesco makes his own bread, which is so delicious it will bring tears of joy to your eyes. Seasonal ingredients are used in every dish—one course was more incredible than the next! Do not miss this gem of a restaurant.

Amazing food. Location might not look that appealing, but once you tasted the antipasti, primi,... You'll be impressed by the high quality. The owner is such a friendly and passionate man. Prizes are also definitely reasonable. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Un luogo non luogo; sarete i benvenuti accolti con la calma e i pensieri di una giovane donna che vi consiglierà e seguirà per tutto il menù consigliando di non avviare contrasti tra sapori, profumi, essenze e quantità. Il locale è umile e ben definito; I sapori umili, capaci di trasportarvi nelle tipicità del luogo: dai fiumi alle montagne e dai laghi alle valli. Ho conosciuto Rioveggio stando fermo ad assaporare e farmi trasportare dal gusto che rei via al luogo. Luogo poetico, rilassante fino a diventare magico con il gelato. Grazie e Ri-Grazie al cuoco Francesco, allo staff e anche al sig. Paselli Gabriele che lo ha consigliato; un amico oltre che una persona eccezionale.

Scopriamo tramite Maps questa osteria nei pressi dell'uscita autostradale quindi molto comoda da raggiungere e ottima per una rapida sosta prima di rimettersi in viaggio.
Vasta scelta e diversi piatti anche nel menú del giorno, location semplice e casalinga e personale molto cortese. Prezzi nella media, tornerò e consiglierò!

Osteria semplice ma con un oste che ti fa sentire a casa e che si prende cura dei suoi ospiti preparando ottimi piatti della cucina emiliana. Ci siamo fermati per cena e, nonostante il nostro ritardo, ci hanno aspettato. Il locale è semplice ma pulito mentre la cucina è assolutamente di buon livello con prezzi nella media. Se siete in zona ve lo consiglio.

Usciti dall'autostrada soltanto per mangiare in questo ristorante, le tigelle e lo gnocco fritto accompagnati con i salumi erano straordinari, gnocco fritto per niente unto e leggero. Abbiamo preso poi tre primi tipici tra cui una lasagna eccellente.

Franco è un'oste gentile, serio, sempre sorridente, onesto e preparato. Ma c'è una cosa + di tutte che lo distingue da altri : fa il suo lavoro con tanta passione, ma davvero tanta. E vi posso garantire che tutta questa passione (buonissima tra l'altro) si palesa nei suoi piatti. Le leccornie che prepara farebbero tremare le gambe anche ai palati + esigenti. Vi consiglio di provare la sua cucina , non ve ne pentirete. 😋

Si trova vicino al benzinaio poco dopo il casello autostradale.
L'osteria e ben tenuta, pulita e ordinata, il proprietario mi ha accolto con cortesia e portato al tavolo.
L'antipasto di gnocco frutto con affettati era favoloso, ma la cosa che mi ha fatto impazzire e sto piatto di tortellini con una salsa al brodo e prosciutto tagliato a cubetti e scaglie di tartufi... Voi non potete capire la bontà del piatto... Lo gnocco era veramente ottimo da morire.. Vino bianco della casa ottimo.. Direi che e stata veramente una sorpresa per me trovare un posto di quelli top.... Andateci e fermatevi ve lo Consiglio alla grandissima, io intanto mi organizzo per tornare con amici...
