Ristorante La Volpenera

We have started in Salvadonica for 3 nights.
The plans were not to eat at the restaurant everyday, but in the end we did it as the first night we had an amazing experience.

The menu is refined and the food is just delicious we had it all, starters, main, deserts and lots of wine.

Vincenzo the maître was absolutely attentive, he always got the time to come and serve us first and explain about the wine and the food. He gave us great suggestions and made us try local products.

The last night was my father’s birthday and it could not be more special. We had a tailored cake made to him with his favorite flavor.

We felt very welcomed here and the attention of all touched our hearts.

Vincent the maître d’hôtel is one of coup de cœur of our trip to italy.
His passion and knowledge for the wine and the region is something we dont find anywhere else.
He is a great host, kind, funny and always listening to his customer.
The experience wouldn’t have been the same without Vincent.

A true gem - very lovely situated, the surrounding is amazing and the food well done. We were a group of 8 and we got a warm welcome, followed by a glass of wine.
Most of us ordered the lasagne and we were happy with that choice - a real Italian lasagna 🤌🏼

Stunning view and ethereal ambience that brings you an impression of being in an authentic Italian movie. All things are spot on with dishes well presented and prepared to perfection.
We had a memorable night and were rewarded with romantic sunset just before the dessert.
Will definitely be coming back next time.

Beautiful place with amazing view on Tuscany typical countryside. Food was delicous. Big advantage of kids menu.

Great hotel restaurant!
Reservation recommended as its usual full!
It’s a bit more pricy than the other restaurants in the area but service and furniture is a bit more upscale.
Try the local wine from the hotel and especially the Riserva.
The Fiorentina was really good!
In addition, from the deserts loved their Pana cotta.
The egg plant dish is also amazing!

Superb food and great menu recommendations. Beautiful valley outlook and totally obliging staff. We went with 6 adults and 6 children. Everyone's needs completely catered for. A great find on our Tuscan adventures. We are going back again before our holiday ends.

Great food, great atmosphere, spectacular views

The restaurant has an amazing food. My tagliata di manzo with rosemary was fantastic and very tasty! The staff is very kind and the view for the Chianti hills it’s simply the best.

Beautiful, quiet restaurant in a perfect location overlooking vineyards and olive tree orchards. Perfect for a sunset date.
Food is good, waiters are friendly. One of the best tiramisus with a twist to the traditional one.

My wife and I stayed at Salvadonica for four nights and ate breakfast and dinner each morning and night at La Volpenera. The atmosphere and views are beautiful and Chef Alba’s dishes were each more delicious than the last. Matteo, Vincenzo, Rashi and the rest of the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating. Hope we can make it back again one day!

Excellent food and wine choices, in restaurant with great views. Pool area very relaxing. Staff wonderful. very friendly and helpful. Room 14 very nice morning views, but 3 flights up. If a problem ask for the many other liwer level options.
