We were welcommed by the house owners at arrival and they gave us all information needed for our stay during the week. The apartments were very clean with their own bathrooms and air conditioning. The kitchen had all things needed for making lunch and dinners. The pool area was a beautiful place with a view over the Mediterranean sea. The area is a bit remote so a car is needed for most activities like restaurants or going to the ocean. But as the pool is so great the ocean is not really needed.
We can strongly recommend this place and hope that you will love it as we did.

We have been the second time in Il Prato sul Mare. It is really a wonderful place. You can relax the whole day because of the silence. The view to the sea is exciting. The appartements are very nice with all the things you need. But the best is the friendlyness and kindness of Massimo and his wife Frediana. They are great hosts. They do everthing for the happyness of their guests. Frediana is cooking the best pasta ever for the guests and Massimo ist preparing the garden and the swimming pool so everybody is pleased. When the sun is shining -
and is does very often - you feel like in a paradise.
I you want relaxing holidays - I Prato sul Mare is the best place!

We stayed at IL Prato sul mare with a group of eleven people.
The house, garden, and pool look exactly what it's like on the photos.
We were welcomed by the owner and his wife, who live right next to the house. They showed and explained us everything at our arrival.
You instantly notice, that it's their passion that we have the best holiday possible.
They were so polite and helped us with many information about the surrounding area. This made it easy for us to plan our days. Beach, restaurants, wine yards, visiting historical cities in the beautiful region in le Marche or just relaxing at the pool. We really liked cooking with our friends in the perfect equipped kitchen, baking pizza in the pizza oven, barbecue in the garden and enjoying our stay in the lovely decorated house.
Thank you for the wonderful week Massimo and Ferdiana! You really did everything to make this week unforgettable for us

We had a lovely warm welcome at Il Prato sul Mare! Both Massimo and Frediane did their very best to let us enjoy our holiday and the beautiful Marche region. The appartment was PERFECT. It looked all brand new, although it was 4 years old. Airconditioning in every room, and a well equiped kitchen. The views are stunning, the outdoor kitchen and bbq are all clean, comfortable and spacious.

It was absolutely amazing, so gorgeous and lovely people! Would highly recommend!

Location di grande qualità e curata nei minimi dettagli, estremamente puliti sia gli ambienti interni che gli spazi esterni. Ci sono spazi esterni riservati per godere privacy e relax. Nella zona piscina oltre godersi degli splendidi bagni si può sfruttare al massimo l'ampia zona adiacente, in relax sui divanetti, con un aperitivo sui tavolini oppure la sera con una fantastica cena barbecue! Una chicca le bici da spinning posizionate vista mare!! Ma la vera qualità aggiunta è data dalla disponibilità e dalla cortesia dei proprietari, molto discreti e riservati ma sempre disponibili a soddisfare le nostre esigenze...e a coccolarci con deliziose sorprese 🤩

Luogo fantastico sulle colline Fanesi con una splendida vista sul mare, spiagge raggiungibili in pochi minuti.
Camere comode, pulite e dotate di ogni confort.
Piscina e prato con manutenzione impeccabile.
Proprietari accoglienti e disponibili.
Esperienza da 5 stelle, torneremo sicuramente!

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 1 Woche an diesem tollen Ort! In dem top renovierten alten landestypischen Landhaus sind 2 große Ferienwohnungen und das Vermieter Ehepaar lebt dort. Dies ist nicht von Nachteil, da sie einem stets behilflich sind und mit Infos und Rat zu Seite stehen. Es ist alles sehr hochwertig, ordentlich, durchdacht und sauber. Der Pool ist ein Traum und das Herzstück der Anlage. Hier lässt es sich wunderbar aushalten. Wir würden es jedem empfehlen und auch wieder kommen.

Il prato sul mare è una location eccezionale dotata di tutti i comfort. Una soluzione perfetta per chi cerca relax in piscina, tramonti sul mare o, semplicemente, visitare le Marche. Gli ospiti sono il grande valore aggiunto! Un'accoglienza speciale e grandi attenzioni quotidiane hanno reso il nostro soggiorno, una vacanza indimenticabile. Grazie!!!

Sehr tolle Ferienwohnung mit einer Ausstattung die keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Eine sehr sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage.
Inhaber lebt auf dem Gelände, was überhaupt nicht stört.
Sehr herzlicher Empfang und immer tolle Tipps für die Region und Hilfestellungen.
Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt lädt zum Erholen ein.

We zijn net terug van een geweldige week vakantie op deze mooi locatie. Het huis is met veel liefde en passie gerestaureerd door de eigenaar en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een prachtig zwembad en geweldig uitzicht. De eigenaren zijn super gastvrij en doen er alles aan om je het naar de zin te maken. We werden verrast door eigengemaakte lekkernijen en er werd zelfs een lekkere pasta voor ons gemaakt. Wij waren met 4 volwassenen en hadden geluk dat het andere appartement niet verhuurd was zodat we alles voor ons alleen hadden. Bedankt lieve mensen voor jullie gastvrijheid.

Location molto curata.
Posto ideale per rilassarsi, immerso nel verde a pochi passi dal mare. Vista bellissima che si può godere anche dalla zona cyclette. Piscina top.

Wij verbleven in augustus 1 week in 1 van de 2 huizen en hadden een heerlijke vakantie. De eigenaren Massimo en Frederiana hebben een mooi paradijs gecreëerd. Over alles is goed nagedacht en je merkt dat hier niet de commercie op de eerste plek staat maar echte aandacht voor de gasten en het gedreun. We kregen echt leuke tips voor activiteiten en restaurants. Ook kwam Frederiana regelmatig met een lekkere Italiaanse lekkernij langs. Wij komen vast nog eens terug!

Vanaf 12-08-2017 hebben wij een week verbleven op deze prachtige plek. Bij ontvangst bleek het een waar paradijs te zijn. Het oversteeg al onze verwachtingen. De gastheer en gastvrouw waren ontzettend vriendelijk en ontvingen ons erg hartelijk. De foto's van het huis en omgeving, komen helemaal overeen met hoe het in het echt is.

Naast dat het huis een fantastische plek is waar je heerlijk tot rust kunt komen, staat het ook in een prachtige omgeving om leuke uitstapjes te maken. De gastheer en gastvrouw kennen het gebied erg goed en wisten veel goede en leuke tips te geven.

De gastheer en gastvrouw willen ervoor zorgen dat je gedurende het verblijf aldoor aan het genieten bent. We werden erg verwend en hebben een ontzettend leuke tijd gehad. Hopelijk komen we ooit terug.

Una struttura semplicemente meravigliosa dove riposarsi, rilassarsi e vivere con serenità una vacanza in famiglia e tra amici.

Una location dove torneremo sicuramente.

La location perfetta per passare una settimana in pieno relax. Host disponibilissimi e gentilissimi è come sentirsi a casa. Consigliatissimo!!!
