Azienda Agricola Mandranova

Together with my husband, we stayed here for 3 nights, and they were magical. The place is so well kept, so clean and so beautifully done! Rooms are comfortable with beautiful view on olive trees! Dinners (set menu) are very delicious, full of unique flavors made out of local products.

What a spectacular place to spend a night...wish we had more time to stay longer! The property is gorgeous, and the dinner was well presented and delicious. We met some nice travelers and slept well in a beautiful, large room. Try it, you'll love it!

Staying at Mandranova was by far the highlight of our Sicilian experience. The farm is absolutely stunning and quiet, and we were blown away by the quality of the service. We had dinner there every night: a beautifully creative yet simple set menu, focused on the quality of local produce. Also highly recommend doing the olive oil tour and tasting - we learned a ton and brought home many bottles!

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and airy with air conditioning, the location was so beautiful and relaxing, the food and wine was the best we’ve had in Sicily so far. Of course, the olive oil was exceptional, and the evening meal was good value. We had a brilliant cookery class with Silvia who was extremely knowledgeable, generous and patient. The staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were surprised on our arrival to find that we had been upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon. We were so delighted and grateful - thank you so much! It made us feel very welcome indeed. We loved the evening setting- all the guests and family eating dinner outside. I enjoyed spotting the little bats flying around the trees, very atmospheric. I would recommend taking a drink to the seating area above the swimming pool to watch the beautiful sunset before dinner. Honestly, the best experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it- just go!

All I can say is… wow! This place is beyond beautiful, and the accommodations and service are top notch. This is most definitely a luxury destination that delivers in every way. I feel like a celebrity here. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The highlight of this trip. Thoughtfully decorated and comfortable rooms. Excellent food prepared with attention to detail and a respect for local ingredients. Flavours were often simple but delicious. Charming staff. The hotel is located in an olive grove an easy drive away from the Valley of Temples. Overall, a great experience and very good value.

Being surrounded by such a beautiful olive trees and all sorts of plants felt amazing. The interior is elegant and well thought of.

This is a working Olive and Almond farm but a restful place to stay. The hosts and staff are friendly and efficient. They are also convivial and flexible. It is in gorgeous surroundings, with plenty of seating areas inside and out, along with a pool in a pleasant setting.
Breakfast is great and the dinner and local wines are recommended, as is the olive oil tasting.
The room was a good size the only negative is hot water for the shower isn't 100% reliable. The setting is the reason to go there but it Agrigento and some quiet local villages and towns are enough to fill a couple of days.

A perfect place to stay outside Agrigento. This olive farm has delightful accommodation - a charming spacious room and provides all meals if required. Dinner was a standout. The pool area had a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. Would stay here again.

A truly stunning place to stay. Owners really bent over backwards to make our stay fantastic. The food was beautiful and the cookery lesson we had was great fun. The oil from the farm was delightful, so much so we had a box shipped back home. Rooms were very pleasant. Having a dip in the pool in the middle of an olive grove was just the best possible way to relax.

What a delightful home to stay in as a working farm. The highlight though was the food, simply extraordinary.

Our second visit in 3 years was rewarded by the same level of service. If anything, the food was even better than I remember. Watched the olive harvest start.

Our family (group of 12) stayed here after our wedding near Palermo. We fell in love with it: beautiful outdoor spaces and grounds in which to relax & take wonderful meals outside, friendly dogs, the olive grove, tour & tastings, and the rooms were lovely, mix of old and new. The hosts were very welcoming from before we arrived and followed up in emails to help us plan and arrange everything. Our stay here was one of everyone’s favorite parts of our wedding and travels. We buy the olive oil in NYC and were looking forward to our visit but we didn’t know we would love it so much. If you’re looking for infinity pools and great wifi, there are other places for that. For us, this was perfect.

Big family style dinner every night made it such a unique and cozy stay. We buy their olive oil from Eataly. The host/owner made everyone seem so welcome. Did tours around the farm and learn his business. Such a worthwhile experience. It’s tucked away from the noise and chaos. We we liked! Our building didn’t have WiFi but that was fine by us.

Loving it here. Rooms are solid. Dogs living here in premises. Staff were quite courteous. Dinner was fantastic. Obviously try the olives and olive oil. So. Good. Quite spacious outdoors areas. Perfect for catching a sunset by the pool.

Wonderful hideaway. Extremly good food at the hotel for resonable prices! Never been in such a lovely family owned place. You feel at home. Great activities on the spot. Cooking class. Olive oil lesson.

We had such a relaxing stay at Mandranova. The staff were excellent and the breakfast, lunch and dinner amazing! No wifi in the bedroom but a digital detox isn’t so bad when you’re staying in a place this beautiful. 100% recommend.

As a pre warning this is more of a BnB than a hotel, but the setting and pool make for a great place for a one or two night relaxing stop on the way to or from Syracusa area or to see the Valley of the temples. Room is clean and new, but basic. Dinner is a must! Amazing food and great atmosphere. Decent priced wines and owner's family dine with you. Breakfast is simple but good, nice options.

Nice to relax. Place can get a bit hot and dry, or very windy, when it can be chilly. Food is good, I suggest participating in the cooking classes. Rooms are nice but wifi only works in a few outside areas. Pool is too small for laps.

One of the most breathtaking places I’ve ever seen. The sunsets are beyond compare, as is the chef prepared food that highlights the orchard’s fresh olive oil. A perfect romantic getaway, or a place to relax and spend time with family.
