Mangia's Pollina Resort

So - here we are in Sicily with our 2 year old son. He is a bit of a challenge to please in regards of the food.. this is stressing us out … but every time we’re coming to the hotel buffet there is a chef named Giuseppe who’s always taking good care of him. Cooking on demand what our son is fancying and always making sure we have what we need. This hotel is full of amenities and the staff is very nice but having a person like Giuseppe who’s looking after us is making the difference! For this I highly recommend the buffet and the hotel - Just as a precision I am really hard to please

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was great the pool the restaurants the beach the rooms. I personally appreciated in particular the padel courts and tournament that was organized by the coach Davide who was very nice !

Beautiful resort, perfect swimming pool, with pool for kids, nice kids club with daily program and evening kids party with games and the best entertainer Guissepe. Beach is beautiful with lift or walk from the resort with cristal clear water with small fish. Food was good and deserts excelent. This was the best holiday!

Gorgeous grounds! The hotel is amazing! The room was a bit not so new to say but it was very clean! The service was great. The staff very available and kind. The entertainment was very good for kids! The beach is beautiful! Everything was clean! The food was good! Loved our stay so much!

Absolutely had an amazing stay for the weekend here! The resort offers so much to do, even great for kids! The rooms are very clean and updated. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Cefalu is only a short shuttle or taxi ride away. A MUST STAY!

My kids had a fun time there at the mini club with Giuseppe and the other animators. They mwhere most excited to attend the evening baby dance to see Princess, they loved her. A special thanks to her!!!! 👍

The resort was amazing and the customer service outstanding. On our last day at the resort, we almost missed our flight and Soriah and the team were so helpful and efficient they did the impossible and helped us get a taxi from the resort to the airport in time for our flight. I'd like to personally thank the team and everyone involved that looked after us that day!

An excellent resort nearby beautiful Cefalu I would personally rate not with 4 stars as it is officially rated, but with 4 and half at least. The staff is fantastic and always helpful, especially people at the reception. The amenities are aplenty. The resort is well maintained and the director thereof takes daily tours to check if everything is fine. The choice of food is sufficient and it is of good quality. The special restaurants are excellent. The sporting amenities are great. The group cycling is a highlight. I met a dedicated coaches there (Stefania, Claudio, Alessandro, Giuseppe and others) and the training sessions were demanding but excellent fun. Life-changing experience!
The room for improvement lays in the late start of the dinner - and never-ending horror of mini discos that are on every night (from 10 pm to midnight) and if you have a room close to the venue, you simply has to participate whether you like it or not. Every night:-)! Pulcino Pio on you:-)!

I had a good experience at this hotel and it was definitely a good end to my Sicilian vacation that I took last summer, in 2021. I might be writing this a whole year after, but that doesn't matter. The area of the resort itself is massive and definitely has good variety of restaurants and things to do. The beach was also pleasant, with the Sicilian sea just there to help you cool down and relax. And also not to forget about the rooms, as these were also really good, as they really helped me cool down and I had a good sleep at them. The Wifi also works efficiently here. It's not all positives however, but it's still good enough to give the 5 stars for my standards, and the biggest flaw for tourists would be that English here really isn't spoken too much, and you would have to come here with some experience at Italian, and knowing things like how to order food for example. I didn't have an issue with it, but I know that can happen to some people. Anyways, really good hotel on Northern Sicily, and I recommend it!

We stayed at Pollina Resort May 10 and 11, 2022. The resort is located on a spectacular point that juts into the Tyrrhenian Sea providing majestic ocean and coastal views. The grounds and entire facility are beautiful. Staff in all areas of the resort were welcoming and helpful. There were staff in the reception area and guest experiences who spoke and understood English well. Giulia and her staff in guest experiences in particular went the extra mile to assist with local tours and our travel arrangements.

Pollina Resort was a perfect finish to a two week tour of Sicily

This resort is heaven on Earth. You have absolutely everything what you need so no need to out of resort. Restaurant is fantastic with beatiful view on the Sea, cafe bar also, pool, disco, gym, souvenir shop, tenis, football and basketball court, you can walk to the end of the path where you can find elevator which lead you directly all way down to the beautiful beach. Absolutely everything what you need to have good holiday and not to get bored!

We stayed for a weekend (2 nights) in June, during the Covid-19 period, at the Pollina Resort. We really enjoyed both the relax and the animation team. All of them were always happy and made us happy.
As for the Covid-19, the resort was well organized. Here's how it worked;
-When we went to the restaurant for dinner and lunch we had to wear our masks. There were many options, as if it was a buffet, but we were served. Also we had a specific time to go there.
-When we walked in the resort we had to wear masks
-There were had sanitizers pretty much everywhere
-When you enter the resort they measure your temperature

The rooms where very spacious and clean, also the food was good.

In the end I want to compliment Vinz and the girl who gave the aqua gym classes. They were really amazing.

To sum up I really loved this place and I planned to come back to spend a full week there

Excellent location, wonderful animation, great food and service. A special bye to Vins and the whole animation team, Andrea and the bagnini, Patrizia and the whole bar staff.

A very nice family resort with vast territory on it's very own peninsula. Magnificent views,.nice food, good quality facilities.
