Gelateria Morino Pizzo dal 1973

Highly recommend all the ice creams here.
We tried the local tartufo and loved it, had to go back for more ice cream treats with brioche ice-cream sandwich and spaghetti style. Lovely staff and great service.

Apparently this is one of the places you need to visit if you want to try the traditional Tartufo from Pizzo. We chose one chocolate and one pistachio. I have to say the price seems high with 6 and 7 €, but it was well worth it. The place is also in the main square where you can enjoy the nice views and atmosphere from all the other restaurants and bars.

We came to Pizzo and wanted to try the famous tartufo. Discovered Gelateria Morino, tried different Tartufo and ended up coming back for more (delicious). Location great price & selection of drinks and great service. Wish our holiday was longer

Spoilt for choice in pizzo, this is by far the best ice-cream. The family run galateria is run by a humble pioneering father and his son. The service is class A and you’ll be looked after well by his son. I tried various icecream throughout southern Italy during my travels and this place topped them all. Ask for the English soup, it’s divine! Then top it off with a night cap and watch the world go by. Thanks again.

You must chose this place in Pizzo to taste their traditional Tartufo but also any ice-cream they make. It is all to die for. And run by such a lovely and welcoming family with their roots in ice cream making dating back to the 70s. I will be dreaming about their delicious pistachio ice cream when I return home!

Home made Tartufo, best Tartufo in Pizzo.

Ho avuto il piacere di gustare il famoso tartufo di Pizzo presso la gelateria Morino, l'esperienza è stata più che soddisfacente. Posso dire di aver mangiato il vero tartufo di Pizzo fatto da un artigiano del tartufo avente alle spalle anni di esperienza e pluripremiato nel corso degli anni, ogni tartufo mangiato è stato un esperienza per il palato. Vi consiglio di provare il tartufo Vulcano per il quale sono stati vincitori del premio tripadvisor, davvero un sapore unico.

Personale ottimo, subito appena arrivati ci accolto una gentile signora la quale ci ha intrattenuto raccontandoci aneddoti riguardante la loro stimata gelateria, facendo trasparire la passione e l'amore per il loro lavoro, ciò ha reso l'esperienza mia e della mia famiglia ancora più bella e completa. Che dire, se vi trovate a Pizzo vi consiglio assolutamente di passare dalla Gelateria Morino e vi assicuro che non ve ne pentirete !!!

ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO
Il posto adatto per gli amanti del gelato, il tartufo e sublime, in particolare se prendete il "Moro" da gustare assolutamente con l'amarena. Abbiamo assaggiato la zuppa inglese, che dire 5 stelle sono poche. I così tanti premi vinti, tutti meritati, complimenti ai propietarii e allo staff, per quel che mi riguarda vincono assolutamente anche il premio di gentilezza e professionalità assoluta. Senza dubbio, appena possibile, torneremo sopra tutto per il "Vesuvio". GRAZIE MILLE
