This water which from a pagan holiday home was blessed by Saint Benedict and is now a place of peace and mysticism. Diving into this pool has amazing benefits to your health a restores you to the max of your energetic capabilities. I highly recommend it and the monastery at the top of its hill.

Pleasant walk down to the river, a short distance along rhe river you reach the waterfall and little lake. The whole walk is not more than an hour roundtrip. You can park car at the beginning of trail. The walk is a little steep down and up.

WOW! This place was literally paradise! I ran into this place when it was 40 degrees outside. The drop in temperature as you descend to this little haven is immediately felt. The water was ice cold and could be crossed over at certain points. If traveling with kids or disabled people the journey from the car park to this point can be challenging. I was left stunned by this sweet spot.

Lovely and awesome place with natural beauty. Do walk down to this place, of course challenging but you will simply fall in love with it and it's beauty..

Beautiful waterfall. Nice walk in nature. Perfect for kids not to long. We were there in October so we couldn’t go into the water. But we definitely will go back.

Sweet spot to get lost in nature not too far from Rome. The lake is close and the hike is shorter, however there is a 2.50€ fee to get in per person. It worth the price though.

For a small charge of 1.50 €/p and you can walk in the shade along a path by the brook as far as this small lake. Fun and trekking activities.

Really beautiful place. Came on a Sunday afternoon afternoon after my visit to the St. Benedict monastery. Sat by the waterfall and listened to the waterfall. Unpacked my salami and pane. Uncorked a bottle of wine while tiny droplets of water fell on my head. Very restful.

Great for a one day trip !! It's a beautiful waterfall in a peaceful environment. Gets crowded on holidays.
