My husband and I had dinner here during our last trip to Florence. The food was superb, very good wine and the tiramisu is the best we’ve ever had. The service was amazing! Our waiter was very helpful, recommended the best wine we had in Florence and he was very polite and cordial. The location is perfect, specially if you want to walk around after dinner, you’ll find main attractions within 5 minute walk. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We shared an excellent Chianina steak which was delicious and tender. A little too much salt added, which we scraped off, so consider specifying no salt and add at table as needed. Great service and tasteful decor. Look for the Fork discount when it’s available!

Some of the more interesting dishes we’ve had while in Italy. Packed full of flavor but carried out with craft and care. Classic setting and attentive staff.

my husband and I had a very nice experience here tonight, walked in around 8pm without reservations and were seated swiftly. beautiful dining room, candlelight, lovely ambiance. waiter was friendly and attentive, very helpful explaining the menu to 2 New Yorkers that dont speak Italian. Eggplant appetizer was delightful and the pasta dish we enjoyed was simply divine, we so enjoyed our meal and they are friendly/welcoming to families/kids/little ones...will certainly recommend to family and friends, thank you Oliviero!! made our last nite in Florence a very memorable one!!

We were traveling to Florence and had to try Bisteca Fiorentina. I looked up steak restaurants on another app and booked a reservation for Oliviero!

Staff was super friendly and attentive. And our waiter was quite funny and a delight.

We ordered filet with truffle and foigras dishes, salmon and green rice (so good) , truffle pasta, asparagus, potatoes, and tiramisu. Really great tasting food! Delicious!

But the service here is 5 stars! And the chef was super friendly. When we were leaving, the sky opened up and just started pouring rain. He called the taxi for us and really came through for us, as we didn’t speak Italian and trying to translate on your phone in hard rain was stressful enough.

If you’re ever in Florence, book a reservation at Oliviero’s and order the steak and salmon dishes! Chef’s kiss! Magnifico!!

This place is super chill for a relaxed night! The Florentine meat is awesome, and the waiter had some cool suggestions. Just a easy, fun spot with good vibes – I'm definitely coming back!

My husband and I had dinner here the evening of December 7th. From the moment we walked in we were treated so kindly. The service was fantastic. We ordered a steak. It was very good. Try this restaurant if you have a chance. We really liked it.

An amazing place for delicious food and exceptional service! The ambiance was very romantic, the service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. Thanks to Yuriy and Alex, our evening was unforgettable. Yuriy's attention to detail and recommendations for the Asparagus Soufflé and pasta truly enhanced our experience. The team was very friendly, offering delicious local food. Definitely recommended!

We were able to get a table without a reservation which seemed pretty lucky! It is later in October and we went just after 7 so that helped. Our server said if we came during the busy season they just never have room if you dont have a reservation. The service was excellent and the food was delicious!

Late night discovery and just called in for dinner. I found Oliviero to be an excellent restaurant playing on Italian and Tuscan classics. The service concise, attentive but not overbearing.

We came here for our anniversary on a short trip to Florence.

The food was fantastic, we took the sharing board of cured meats and cheeses for starter, which was huge - I was mostly full after just this!

Beef filet for main course was extremely tender and cooked perfectly.

Service was excellent, prompt, friendly and knowledgeable waiters.

We made our reservation on the same day. Arrived at 6:30PM and was quickly seated. The dim lighting setting combined with the candle really bumps up the atmosphere.

We got a truffle carbonara, truffle foie gras filet, and Caprese cheese salad.

The truffle carbonara was really great, a bit on the salty side. The caprese cheese salad was a great appetizer as well.

The sauce of the filet is sweet, quite unique for me as I’ve never had a sweet steak. You gotta try to eat the foie gras, steak, truffle and the sauce all at once.

Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a place to dine around the area!

Stumbled upon this restaurant while walking through Florence and it was hidden gem. The fresh pasta with truffle was absolutely intoxicating and delicious. Highly recommend and the staff is one of the best I’ve come across in Italy! Come visit Eno, he will take great care of you!

We booked online a table last minute and had no problem. The restaurant is very nice and has a good atmosphere. The service and the stuff was extreme nice and kind. The food itself was excellent and really nice portion. I would definitely recommend the place

Absolutely perfect dining experience, best gnocchi we have ever had, the nicest servers and ambiance made you want to stay for hours, would recommend to anyone!!!!

It is all good, but I like the steak, the gnochi and terameseo so much, and about the crew was really profetional and very very kind espicialy Yori and his collegue, you have to came and try it.

Booked a last minute late reservation for 9:30pm and so glad we did. Lovely restaurant for a nicer dinner out. Wonderful service. Really enjoyed our meals. Ordered caprese salad and meat and cheese platter for 2. The platter was very generous and delicious with selection of cheeses, meats, breads with bruschetta and pate. Large enough for 3-4 people, very big for just 2 as suggested in menu. 3 of our party Ordered gnocchi with burratta and I had the osso bucco. All of us loved our meals. Too full unfortunately for dessert.

I loved the ambiance at this restraunt. It felt upscale but the light refreshing banter with the waiting staff provided a feeling of comfort. The appetizers were phenomenal. We order the chicken pate which was the best we had in Italy. I wish we had ordered the Floritine Steak it looked amazing but it was definitely to much for one. Overall great experience, I would recommend to anyone that likes food.

5 star! I visited twice during my stay in Florence. Food, service and location are great! Was so good the forgot to take picture of everyone I ordered. I would def recommend and will def go back!

One of the most amazing places to eat in Florence!! The staff is helpful and nice, the location is central, the restaurant is beautifully decorated, the food is delicious. As a solo traveller, this place filled my heart(and stomach) with joy and love. Highly recommend!!
