Appartamento in centro storico, molto confortevole , funzionale. Ottima pulizia.

Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Komplett renovierte Wohnung im Stadtkern.

Perfekt für den Besuch in Luino abzurunden.

Situato al centro di Luino, in ottima posizione, appartamento pulito. Note negative : Il piumone non matrimoniale, ma due singoli, la comunicazione avuto con la direzione, per quanto concerne l'organizzazione, il rapporto umano praticamente assente, il WiFi inesistente se non si lasciano tutti i dati sulla privacy tramite i vari social. Basterebbe utilizzare una chiave di accesso con una semplice password.

Wir hatten als Paar eine der Wohnungen gemietet. (Luini) Eigentlich sehr schön bzw neu eingerichtet, allerdings ist das Zimmer nicht sehr hell, da durch die Fenster nur wenig Licht kommt. Da die Wohnung zum Übernachten gedacht ist, war es für mich absolut enttäuschend, dass man auf einer Ausziehcouch schlafen muss, die als Bett fungiert. Leider nicht sehr bequem für mich und bei jeder Bewegung laut.
Der Service war nett, allerdings haben wir etwas im Zimmer vergessen und ich hätte angesichts der Kosten des Zimmers erwartet, dass man den Gegenstand anstandslos hinterher schickt, da es sich nur um etwas kleines gehandelt hat.
Leider nur auf eigene Kosten. Kenne ich aus anderen Hotels dieses Niveaus anders. Vorallem wenn man bedenkt, dass wir Gäste einer Hochzeit waren die sicher für einen enormen Umsatz an 2 Tagen gesorgt hat. Schade.
Der Standort in Liono war gut und zentral, nur zum Parken in Liono schwierig.( Parkplätze werden für 20€ am Tag angeboten vom Hotel)
Die Wohnung ist in einer engen Gasse in die man zwar fahren kann jedoch zum Ausladen des Gepäcks,wenn man viel dabei hat oder länger bleibt etwas schwierig ist da längeres halten vor der Wohnung schwer ist.

Für 4 Personen sehr klein. Steile und schmale Treppe zur Wohnung, ansonsten saubere moderne Wohnung an guter Lage. Für ältere Personen nicht geignet.

Prachtig nieuw ingericht appartement. Helaas moest ik op een opklapbed slapen wat de ervaring toch wat drukte. Host was niet snel met beantwoorden van vragen maar alles werd uiteindelijk wel opgelost. Mooie locatie in het centro storico van Luino.

We were very disappointed with Residenza Felice. The service was awful and the place itself was nothing special.
We did not receive entrance instructions, and after we called to ask for them they gave us incorrect instructions. Later we met another couple arriving that had also been given the wrong code for the key box.
We paid a large fee for parking, and had to go back and forth from the apartment and the parking lot multiple times because they gave bad instructions. In the end the key to the parking spot didn't even work. This ordeal took up more than an hour of our time and the service was unhelpful.
There is no air conditioning in the bedroom.
There is no garbage can in the kitchen, and the sponge that was there when we arrived was used. Some of the dishes were not clean.
The floor is grey concrete and the apartment is dimly lit.
Some of the blinds on the windows are broken, and there are no blackout curtains anywhere.
You need to sign in with a social media account to use the WiFi.
The alley outside the apartment is very noisy.

The kitchen was relatively well stocked, and the shower is very nice.

All in all very bad - highly unrecommended!

Divano letto per una stanza matrimoniale, prezzo maggiorato su booking comprensivo di colazione, ma poi la colazione non c'è e chiedono 20 euro a persona per un pasto in un locale convenzionato a km di distanza.
Si paga solo con carta di credito, ma non è scritto da nessuna parte né inseriscono una procedura che blocchi il tentativo di inserire carte di debito e ciò crea non pochi disagi; invece di ammettere la mancanza dell'indicazione, minacciano di annullarti la prenotazione. E comunque non rilasciano nessuna ricevuta. Nessun depliant informativo in camera, nessun tipo di accoglienza, assistenza tramite whatsapp ma solo per dirti " o così o vai via"; set bagno usati e lasciati lì in attesa delle prossime vittime, ops, clienti. Camere per nulla insonorizzate infine non permettono adeguato riposo. InFelice
