Breathtaking view, because of that worth every penny, no parking space but the owner helped us, with luggage also ! The breakfest is need some improvement 😃

This B&B features breathtaking views and quintessential Como vibes. The staff is friendly and kind and quick to make your experience the best it can be! I would certainly recommend this location to any traveler looking for an authentic Como experience!

This haven of tranquillity high in the hills above Lezzeno has stunning views of Lake Como, Sala Comacino and Villa del Balbianello (made famous in Star Wars episode II). It’s quite remote, so it’s a bit of an adventure to get to the farmhouse; but with Federico acting as guide and chief baggage wrangler it was a very pleasant experience. Once at the farmhouse, Alarico and Cristina were perfect hosts and looked after us marvellously, spending time helping us to work out how to get the most out of our stay. The building itself is 18th century. It’s beautifully restored and spotlessly clean, with more renovations underway. In the evenings Federico, Alarico and Cristina serve food in the dining room which surely has one of the best views at the lake. People must say that about a lot of places around Lake Como, but this view really has to be seen to be appreciated. The food is superb, much of it cooked from local ingredients including veg grown in the garden below the dining room. Breakfast is simple but delicious and our daughter particularly enjoyed the jam tart with pastry flowers on top. Yum. In additional to all the normal amenities there is a resident donkey and two timid terrapins.

This was quite literally the most amazing place I have ever been. The staff was great, the location was great, and even though getting here was an adventure I wouldn’t have traded it for anything else. Food was the best food I’ve ever eaten. Would not have changed anything!

Well it is hard to reach this place, but when you are here - you will love it

Increíble vista, fantastica comida y gran anfitrion. El precio de tales virtudes es su dificil acceso, circunstancia solventada por la amabilidad de Federico y su mini camionsito. Lo importante es que al momento de arribar por primera vez con las balijas hacerlo habiendo coordinado previamente con federico.

L'hôtel offre une vue magnifique sur le lac de Côme. L'accès à pied offre une balade sympathique en forêt.
Seul point négatif lors de notre séjour : la douche manque de pression

Ferme familiale et produits locaux pour le dîner 😀 Une pause nature en famille… Attention, il faut convenir d’un rendez-vous pour monter et profiter de la navette 🚐… à moins d’avoir un 4x4 …

Super accueil. Les chambres sont au calme, on se réveille avec le chant des oiseaux. La vue est extraordinaire. Les repas cuisinés avec des produits locaux sont très bons.

Dépaysement complet et repos assuré dans cette belle bâtisse à la vue imprenable sur le lac Majeur, face à la Villa Balbianello.
L'accès se fait par une route pavée très raide puis à pied dans 500 m de forêt.
Prévoir une lampe frontale ou un mobile bien chargé si vous dînez dehors.
La table est très traditionnelle mais excellente (viande de la ferme) et l'accueil de Frederico adorable (serviable et chaleureux).

Nous avons passé une semaine à la ferme en août dernier, nous avons été très bien accueillis, les propriétaires ont été d'une énorme gentillesse et toujours à notre écoute. Les repas étaient de qualité et nous avons découvert le pizzoccheri que nous avons tenté de reproduire en France mais loin d'être aussi bon que celui de la ferme. La vue était splendide et l'endroit était très calme, parfait pour se ressourcer. Seul bémol, je dirais l'accès à la ferme par un chemin étroit, pentu, et escarpé.

Très bel accueil des propriétaires.. ils ont tout fait pour qu'on se sente bien. Très prévenants par rapport aux difficultés d'accès suite aux intempéries ! Les chambres sont basiques mais très propres, fraiches, et agréables... Avec une vue sur le lac exceptionnelle.
Le repas était excellent. Nous y avons très bien mangé, des produits locaux préparés par la mamma.
Un tout grand merci à eux ! On leur souhaite une belle continuation !

Abbiamo soggiornato un paio di giorni in questo posto incantevole, in mezzo al bosco, c'è un panorama da mozzafiato..... I proprietari super gentili, si mangia molto bene. Non è la prima volta che andiamo lì e di sicuro ci torneremo!!!!

Différent de l’hôtel mais tout aussi bien, confortable, propre, vue magnifique, nourriture du terroir très bonne

Schon der Weg nach oben ist ein kleines Abenteuer. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und das tolle, in weiten Teilen von den Wirtsleuten selbst erzeugte, Essen bescherte unseren Kindern und uns ein unvergessliches Urlaubserlebnis. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub am Comer See ist ein Besuch schon fest eingeplant.

Wir waren zu Fuss unterwegs und haben spontan ein DZ für die Nacht gebucht. Und es keines Falls bereut. Sehr leckeres Essen mit lieben Gastleuten und tollem Blick über den See. Wir kommen wieder!

L'agriturismo si raggiunge attraverso un sentiero nel bosco. Giunti a destinaxione la vista mozzafiato, la cordialità dei titolari e la bontà dei piatti ripagano della fatica. Eccellente

Un posto dove si mangia ottimamente con una stupenda vista sul lago di Como.
Un posto dove si può mangiare rilassandosi senza l'assillo di dover lasciare il posto ad altre persone.
I proprietari sono persone gentilissime.
