MUSA Lago Di Como

1 million out of 10. I would stay here every day of the week if I could. It is the epitome a of boutique luxury hotel. Everything was super high-quality and the service was incredible. I spent two months in Europe and this was the best service I got. The hotel is right on the water too, so the view is awesome. The restaurant is amazing too, super great food but the cocktails are actually out of this world. Each one has a story behind them and all of them are served in their own, unique way. Amazing experience and definitely going to stay here again.

Amazing small luxury hotel. It’s a splurge, but you get a 5 star experience when you book this. The staff were eager to attend to any of our needs or request. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The facilities were top notch. We were also conveniently right next to a ferry dock location which has about 5 stops per day, making lake travel more easy if you plan ahead for the boat times. They also arranged a professional driver in a BMW to transfer us from a nearby city (Lugano) upon request. There is a borderline Michelin Star restaurant on site as well, run by the hotel owners. This hotel is all class

We truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful. Beautiful views and lovely pool area. The breakfasts were delicious! We also had great massages in their spa! Would highly recommend!

I would move in here if I could. The staff is some of the hardest working, thoughtful, and most genuine people that I have ever met. The service is 10 stars out of 5 and so is the hotel itself. Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. I will always cherish my time spent at MUSA, one of the best experiences at a hotel that I have ever had.

Went for drinks and dinner last night. Superb from start to finish. We had one of the tasting menus, which was incredible both in terms of quality, originality, and presentation. Chef also did a beautiful little fruit tart for our honeymoon which was a nice touch.
Staff were lovely and were attentive without being overly so.

Everything at Musa was perfect - we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very stylish, but on a small, intimate scale which we loved. The food and drinks were amazing and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We hope to return to Musa Lago di Como one day again in the future. Oh, forgot to mention the great views of Lake Come from the hotel. Really a perfect 10 out of 10.

We absolutely loved staying at MUSA!! This was one of our favorite places we have ever stayed and such a special stop on our honeymoon. The hotel is so gorgeous with a stunning view. The staff was so helpful, kind, and hospitable with every member clearly taking so much pride in their work. Some great examples of the amazing service here were when front desk was so quick to find a solution to get us back to the hotel from across the lake when the ferry wasn’t operating and when we got to talk with the bartenders to learn about how they spent 5 months developing their incredible cocktail menu honoring famous women in history! Could not imagine staying anywhere else on Lake Como and cannot wait to return!! Will be dreaming of the lakeside aperitivos until then!

This is a fantastic small and modern boutique hotel with an unbelievable location right on the lake with its private jetty ( which is very important to understand when you are in lake Como ) as it give you access by booking lake transportation to all other areas with having to carry your luggage over long distances. The service is superb and the food is unbelievable. It deserves 3 Michelin stars. Even the breakfast is superlative and I recommend anyone staying elsewhere to book a meal here. The rooms are very nice and modern too.In my opinion don’t waste money on old Italian style hotels like grand villa serbelloni etc which don’t have their act together and stay here instead.

I had the most incredible experience working with Musa Lago Di Como hotel recently, and I can't say enough positive things about their exceptional customer service. Simona did an excellent job! My friend was staying there for her birthday, and although we were miles away in the USA, we wanted to surprise her and make her day extra special.

From the moment we reached out to them via WhatsApp, they were incredibly responsive and attentive. They not only listened to our ideas but also went above and beyond to provide us with different options and suggestions to ensure the surprise was perfect.

We ultimately decided on having a bottle of wine and a heartfelt note waiting for our friend upon her arrival. The hotel staff not only executed this beautifully but also added their own thoughtful touches, making the moment truly memorable for our friend.

A beautiful new hotel on Lake Como. The hotel is small but very cozy, all rooms are fresh, stylish, with excellent views and lighting. There is no elevator as the building is old. There is a very beautiful small pool. There is also a spacious, beautiful panoramic restaurant with a magnificent view of the lake. There is also parking and a gym.

We are so glad we chose Musa for our elopement & honeymoon on Lake Como!! We had a wonderful stay and everyone was so kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious, it’s a great location for exploring the lake, has a beautiful view, and we love the modern aesthetic of the hotel. The event coordinator Alessia was meticulous in helping us plan all the details for our special day, and Simona was the perfect day-of coordinator. The reception, restaurant/bar staff and house cleaning made us feel very comfortable. Violet (one of the servers) was also lovely, always greeting us with a smile. Communication was also top notch, and reception was exceptional at helping arrange cars/pickups/transfers etc (we loved being able to message on WhatsApp). We wish everyone at Musa the very best and hope to visit again in the future!! ❤

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, amazing food.
An unforgettable experience during my short stay at Musa Lago di Como. The staff was very responsive and proactive when informing us of road closures and even provided us with an alternative route via google maps to the hotel during a minor land slide that occured the night before.
Check-in and out was a breeze by the attentive staff members who could accommodate for my request for dinner reservations and cocktails at the very last minute.

The rooms were very clean and well equipped. However the highlight of the rooms was the amazing panoramic of lake Como. Waking up to the view of the lake in the morning was sheer pleasure!

Exceptional service down to the smallest detail- The best service we have experienced at a hotel post-Covid. Our room was lovely and modern, and housekeeping services were outstanding. The location is perfect with a ferry landing just steps from the hotel. Highly recommend!

The level of service was the highest I have experienced on my many stays at luxury hotels. It was like having your own staffed villa right on the lake.

Staying at Musa was the best decision we made when planning our trip to lake como! The service is unmatched and the entire property was so beautiful. 100% would love to visit again!

Beautiful view just on the lake. Extremely easy to get around considering it is next to Sala Comacina ferry stop. Very quiet ambience, perfect for a relaxing break.

The room was spectacular! Every detail in the room was selected carefully with having in mind the needs of the guest! The view was something else a location in one of the best spots in lake Como were you never get enough with the view being sun rise, sun set and night time were you can watch the stars!
We have enjoyed the hospitality of the staff, their attentiveness and care! This trip was by far one of my most enjoyable trips ever! Highly recommend the hotel!
