Regional Natural Reserve Punta Aderci

What an outstanding area for walking and admiring the sea views. The trails are well signposted and easy walking underfoot. Probably best undertaken in cooler conditions as it can be super hot in the summer.

Very quiet and peaceful place that is different from typical abruzzo coast. The beach is rocky so bring your rock shoes. Not many people are going to this beach as there is no service in here, so bring your water and food as well. The main attraction of this beach though is trabocco, old wooden fishing machine that was used throughout the abruzzo region.

Beautiful wild beach, away from Vasto overcrowded town beach. No sand though, just pebbles. Don't recommend for small kids coz it's deep as soon as you get to water.

Stunning location without traffic or train noise, only a coastguard helicopter broke the silence all afternoon. No sand but sharply terraced pebble beach with clean water. Access is down a long unmade road with deep gullies from rainfall. Not ideal for hire cars where side growth may impart scratches.

Amazing views, wonderfully undeveloped, beautiful beach, several trabocchi, a cave within walking distance, and the light perfect for photographs, just makes it a wonderful place to visit. Some were even surfing!

It takes a while to get there but the beach is amazing. Stunning colors and relaxing atmosphere.

Stunning, clean, peaceful even when busy. You can hire a parasol for peanuts, toilets are clean.
