Caffè Al Teatro

This great cafe restaurant is situated on Via Roma, between the Arena, and Castelvecchio. It's on a corner and is the perfect sun trap year round, and with patio heaters for winter, and plenty of shade in summer a great place to land. It looks. a little formal, but it's not, with friendly bilingual staff that give you a warm welcome, and speedy efficient service. Drinks menu is comprehensive, with many choices of beers, wines and cocktails, so something for everyone, regardless of the time of day. We didn't eat here today, but those around us did and it looked fresh and high quality. A good location to while a couple of hours away watching the world, and the people go by.

With recommendations and looking the google comments, I came here specifically to eat Tremisu. Their Tremisu was very successful. The location is very good, the ambience is nice, sitting outside on the very busy road is enjoyable, especially if it is accompanied by a nice tremisu and coffee.

We here only for dessert and coffee. Tiramisu is fantastic and other cakes are excellent also. From the decoration we though the place would be more expensive but the price is okay once compare to the Beautiful and clean decoration environment locate nearby the main attraction. Most importantly they don’t charge for service or the price of sitting in the restaurant. It depends on you whether you want to do it or not. So with Attentive services i would do return and recommend to others.

The food is absolutely delicious. My boyfriend and I have eaten here multiple times, buying different dishes, and they’ve all been wonderful. So have the drinks. So have the staff. I am tremendously going to miss this place when I go home. Thankyou to all the staff that make this place so lovely and welcoming! Grazie!

The service is so kind and exceptional! The speed at which they bring the food was very fast, even though there were many diners. It is a very central restaurant in a very busy place, and even so the prices are quite accessible. Loved this place.

Good food, nice service, not too loud music. We went back two times, tried different dishes, ice cream, etc, everything was good. Decent price.

I came to Verona and this restaurant was the first place I visited. The service is absolutely outstanding! Very attentive staff, amazing atmosphere, with food and wine to die for. I will definitely come back!

The food was great. We ate lunch and it was the best so far (10 days in Italy), so we returned for dessert and drinks the evening the day after. Amazing idea because the drinks where extraordinary, the dessert was wonderful and the staff was nice and helpful. They have a great menu and good quality. Definitely have to return there the next time I’m in Verona.

Amazing food and service, lovely bustly location. Pre-drink snacks are on the house and prices are amazing for the quality of food you receive.

Great service and they speak good English! They open super early until very late too! Very tourists friendly. We stayed at Europa Hotel right next door. So glad that we came here instead of paying for the breakfast at the hotel. Nice environment and my tiramisu was lovely!! They charged Reasonable price.

The tiny bar is very pretty. Really liked the ambiente. The snacks are very good and I highly recommend the white chocolate con panna. Love sitting here with friends and just doing gossip. It’s just a bit pricy tho.
Waiters are also nice.

Very friendly staff, great location on a pedestrian street just next to the Teatro, and unlike some other cafes and wine bars recently, we still got a decent serve of free aperitivi with our drinks.

Everything is perfect, the food, friendly service, cosy ambient, reasonable prices! We ate here a few times during our stay in Verona and tried almost everything of the menu, everything was fresh, delicious, and well presented.

Great service, food and drinks also great, this guy was the best waiter we encountered in the whole week in Italy.

Very cute caffe, with tasty lasagne. For the first time I was trying coffee with liqor and it was great. Only little minus is very small toillet. :) Staff was very organized and polite. Worth visite.

A very delicious meal with a good price!
This restaurant was very charming. I've liked the service, the place and specially the food. The waiter was very kind. I've eaten the pasta "Tortelloni Ricotta Spinaci al Burro e Salvia" (8,50 euros) and the dessert "Torta Della Nonna" (4 euros). Everything was good, although the quantity of the first dish was very small. I recommend it.

Wonderful place. Their special with truffle and mushroom dish was amazing. Aperol Spritz goes really well.

The tortelloni with ricotta and spinach are incredible! Pizza is also good. Amazing and attentive staff (everyone, but the senior waiter especially), and cozy outdoor seating. The drinks are lovely. Been here many times during our one week stay in Verona.
