The room was fantastic and clean. Internet was excellent. Check in smooth and efficient.

Better quality breakfast items and coffee needed.

I loved it, the room was cosy and inviting and spotless like the bathroom, the breakfast was rich and the staff attentive.
We had dinner at the restaurant and i strongly recommend it, in case you don't want to go in the city which actually is really close by.

Of all the hotels I've stayed in in my life, this is by far not only the best hotel I've stayed in, but also the least expensive. If only hotels from home were priced like this. The bed is very firm, but I prefer a firm bed. They had adequate amount of sheets and blankets. Giant bathroom. Really nice headboard, lighting, and wallpaper. Blackout curtains, lots of light switch options to set the mood how you want. Only downside is that all the TV programming was in Italian which was a bummer for me but not a huge deal in the big picture.

The customer service at front desk was very helpful, spoke great English while I humoured them with my Italian.

Breakfast could have been a bit better as they had no eggs left by the time I sat to eat (8:30am).

Location is kinda not convenient unless you're okay taking a bus, or if you have a car. It's a 30-40 minute bus ride to/from the city centre from the hotel.

A great 4 star hotel with a nice breakfast. The rooms are clean and neat and the staff are friendly. It’s right next to a mall with everything you need. The only thing that was an issue was the shower head kept falling down and this was a bit dangerous especially for our 3 year old son. Other than that everything was great.

i booked it because it wasn’t expensive and seemed nice. it was very nice, clean and comfortable. the people at the front desk were very helpful and kind

Wonderful staff. Thank you for all your hard work during the difficult time of the Cosmoprof show. We had a shuttle bus problem due to the police not allowing the bus to go in front of the exhibition center. I called hotel so upset and angry and they were so polite and kind to help us find where the shuttle bus was. Thank you for the
Cheese and balsamic gifts The restaurant at the hotel had an excellent breakfast and dinners. Simple clean and very well priced. Rooms are large and very clean. Reception staff are so accommodating and always with a smile.

It is a large hotel with comfortable rooms, clean with everything a visitor needs. The bathroom is spacious and spotless.
Parking is available on site.
Breakfast is rich with great variety and quality.
It is a hotel that definitely if one stays once one will want to come again.

Rooms are spacious and cozy. Bathroom was perfectly clean. I sincerely appreciated the kettle and tea bags, not easy to find in Italian hotels in general. Breakfast was included and it was more than generous (and I could choose between a contenental breakfast and an Italian one. I took the last and it was delicious). On the top of that, the night manager was very nice and helpful. Parking places are located in front of the main entrance.

It was surprisingly very nice. The common area is nothing special, but the room had high ceiling, Jacuzzi bath with bath salt and natural sponge. Nice sitting area and big desk. The bed was comfortable and the dinner and dessert were excellent!

Excellent location! Lots of private and open (no height limitation) parking spaces! Large and clean rooms!! Very good breakfast! Very reasonable prices!! Friendly and helpful staff!
