I Capricci di Merion - Resort & Spa

This little resort is located in beautiful Umbria, next to the Trasimeno lake.
We had a perfect time there and all our wishes were fulfilled.
Even an earlier dinner was no problem at all and the price (45€ p.P for starter, main dish and a really good wine) was totally fine.

We were able to book the spa for one hour just for ourselves. It consists of a sauna, a jacuzzi and a shower, tea is offered as well.
The temperature of the jacuzzi was a bit too cold.
The suite with a terrace has a beautiful lake view and it’s very calm outside, we had a wonderful rest.

Breakfast offers a lot of choice and the dining room is just wonderful.

I will definitely come back. :-)

From the moment we arrived the staff were incredible, the pool and spa are beautiful and really helped us to relax. The restaurant was the highlight of our stay, we had the chefs surprise menu and highly recommend this option. Every course was delicious, beautifully served and just perfect (even with our long list of dislikes and allergies). Our waitress was so helpful and gave us fantastic recommendations and advice. This has been one of my best birthdays ever! Thank you 😊

If I could give it a 10+ I would!! What a lovely little hidden gem this is. We enjoyed our stay the fullest. Relaxation with the great hospitality, spa and two swimming pools made our stay perfect. We loved every bit! I also highly recommend the food. We had the surprise 4 course dinner which we loved. Thank you so much for making our holiday remarkable

We spent a beautiful week in couple. The room was splendid with a perfect bed to sleep without back pain.
The restaurant is really gastronomic with a cooker from the team of Ducasse in Monaco. The complete team of the hotel is very professional and open to give attention to everyone who ask for a service. An example: serving cocktails around the swimming pool.
A private spa is completing the offer.
Conclusion: this is a little paradise!

One of the most beautiful stays. You need to come.
VEGANS: a lot of great meals available upon request before you arrive!

One of the best restaurants we've been to in Italy. Food was fantastic (accommodated gluten free requirements too) and the service was friendly! Great value and a beautiful place to spend time.

A very beautiful, quiet, relaxing place! The food in the restaurant was great! And the room are very comfortable. The staff was so friendly , nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had lunch today and loved it so much we've booked again for Monday.
My husband, our daughter with Down and I can recommend it for all lovers of nice food in superb surroundings.

Excellent and quality dishes and services. Also available standard hotel rooms, a pool and jacuzzi. Not forgetting the fresh breeze from the Trasimeno lake.

We loved it here and had to come back for more. Great food, lovely and elegant atmosphere and the most friendly service you can imagine.

The place and location are absolutely stunning, the staff is super friendly and helpful and the food from the restaurant is next level!
