Coriana Apartments & Villas

Just as lovely as in the pictures. Special interiors, nice pool. We were almost the only guests so it was pretty cool to have the whole garden to ourselves. We've had a great time!

Nicky, my wife and the two kids George 14 and Tiggs 10, spent an idyllic two weeks at the Coriana apartments, the kids jumping in and out of the pool, us reading and telling them to quieten down! Matteo, the host, was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, without in any way being intrusive, we were given the lowdown on all the key places to visit and things to do …but did not manage to cram them all in.

There are a number of local attractions; Pontremoli old town and market and the Fresh Pasta shop Matteo introduced us to, Bagnone, up in the hills, where we dined on the balcony of a wonderful restaurant looking over the canyon below…just magical. Other highlights a bit further way included the Ferrari and Lamborghini museums (about 2 hrs away), the Carrera marble mines (where one of the James Bond car chases was filmed …an hour away), Sarzana a beautiful old town full of antique and curio shops and of course Lucca, both about an hour away. We went in height of summer and the only place that felt “touristy” was Lucca.

The apartments themselves were very spacious and clean and given that we were caught in what was dubbed “heatwave lucifer”, the temperatures were uncharacteristically hot, Matteo offered the kids a fan to keep them cool at night.

Picking vegetables from the kitchen garden for meals was also an unexpected and delicious pleasure.

The E31 is at the bottom of the garden, but barely audible unless you really concentrate and there is a very minor road that runs along the top end of the properly but this would only be a distraction to those lucky enough to live like hermits in the middle of the country.

Cannot recommend the apartments highly enough and Matteo especially.

Die Anlage ist sehr groß und sehr ruhig, und einigermaßen gepflegt, für unseren Hund ein Traum er konnte sich frei bewegen. Das Haupttor ist elektronisch und somit ist alles zu. 4 Ferienwohnungen somit ist man fast immer ganz alleine am Pool oder in der Anlage. Ein Grill ist vorhanden ist gut. Die Wohnung war sehr groß mit gut 3 Meter Deckenhöhe. Möbel alle sehr alt und Museumsverdächtig, hat seinen Charm, mir hat es gefallen meiner Tochter nicht. Als hobbykoch fand ich die Küche genial riesen Gasherd große Arbeitsflächen da geht was. Zu beanstanden war das Bett im Wohnzimmer zu hart und Stahlrahmen im Rücken ganz schlecht mussten hier improvisieren. Bissel wenig Gläser nur 2 Wein 🍷 und sehr kleine Trinkgläser . Ja und wer Kaffee braucht muss was mitbringen keine Möglichkeit Kaffee zu machen ausser so eine Mini espresso Kanne sehr alt und Mini. POOL IST TOP SAUBER GROß UND GUTE TIEFE. Hatten drei Eingangstüren zum verschließen etwas aufwändig alles doppelt auf und zu zusperren vorallem da die Haupttüre vom Schloss immer wieder nicht schließen kann , verzogen. Abschließen dan über zweites Gittertor . Hat somit alles sein Charm gehabt man darf nicht kleinlich oder verwöhnt sein. Vorallem verläuft unmittelbar hinter dem Haus eine Straße die von ca. 5 Uhr bis 22 Uhr stark befahren ist. Somit fährt gerechnet ein LKW mit 2 Meter Abstand am Bett vorbei, mit Ohrenstöpsel ok. Preis Leistung ist ok. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin täglich wird hier alles geprüft und gemacht. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Mit Kaffeemaschine und aufblasbare Matraze. Allein im Umkreis von 10 km giebt es soviel zu sehen, einfach toll.

Wunderschöne, romantisch eingerichtete Appartements. Schöne Anlage mit Pool in einer bezaubenden Landschaft. Wir übernachteten mit unseren zwei Kinder leider nur einmal hier, waren uns aber sofort klar darüber, wiederzukommen. Ideal gelegen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, Mulazzo, ein sehr schönes Bergdorf ist nur ein paar Kilometer weg!!

Luogo incontaminato, immerso nella campagna dell'appennino tosco-emiliano. Ho passato 2 giorni in assoluta tranquillità e armonia in contatto con la natura, tra piscina, visite agli animali della fattoria, escursioni avventurose alle Gole di Giaredo e a raccogliere verdure nell'orto per poi cucinarle! Un grazie speciale a Matteo che con la sua disponibilità mi ha anche insegnato a raccogliere le patate nell'orto!😃 consigliatissimo a chi cerca la pace dei sensi e la lontananza dalla città almeno per un po'..

Die Apartments kann ich nur empfehlen. Sowohl Elena als auch ihr Mann machen alles möglich und kümmern sich rührend um ihre Gäste. Unsere Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr groß. Der Pool im Garten kann nicht mit einer 25m-Bahn auftrumpfen, ist aber ausreichend, um sich Abkühlung zu verschaffen und Ball zu spielen.
Die Städte Parma, Pisa und Lucca sind alle innerhalb einer Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch am Meer in Porto Venere ist man in der Zeit.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Posto ideale x rilassarsi, piccoli appartamenti arredati con molta cura, puliti e con tutto il necessario cucinare. Piscina pulita. Elena è davvero gentile e disponibile.

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni in relax totale in questo posto meraviglioso, appartamento grande e molto pulito, giardino curatissimo con piscina.

Posto stupendo ed accogliente , gentilissimi e camere veramente particolari con sensazione du vivere in un altra epoca . Da visitare assolutamente

Il posto è veramente meraviglioso, una corte esterna esagerata con piscina e tanto verde, ad un passo da Pontremoli.

Struttura ben tenuta ordinata e pulita. Località tranquilla e adatta per famiglie con bambini e per coppie che desiderano rilassarsi.

Gyönyörű hely, csodálatos környezettel. Jó kiindulópont a környék felfedezésére (Carrara, Cinque Terre, Genova, Padova,..). Az apartman tágas, kényelmes, tiszta. A személyzet rendkívül udvarias és segítőkész.

Un posto incantevole immerso nel verde con piscina, appartamenti spaziosi confortevoli, insomma un posto da provare.

Heerlijke plek met mooi uitzicht. Kamers waren nostalgisch en modern en schoon. Eigenaresse top!
