Locanda Don Serafino - Historic Boutique Hotel

We enjoyed this charming and unique hotel in Ragusa Ibla. The staff was always friendly. They reached out before arrival and was always helpful. The room we stayed in was in a restored old building. It was charming and comfortable. The bathroom was indeed a bit damp but considering how old the building is, it was ok for us. Highly recommend if you’re in Ragusa.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, historic, and conveniently located. The staff is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and eager to be of assistance. Our four day stay there in May 2022 was among the finest experience with hotels during our month-long tour of Sicily. Without any hesitation, we will book this location again if ever our good fortune takes us back to Ragusa Ibla. He area is stunning. Be aware, there is no elevator but the staff promptly took care of all of our luggage.

Beautiful hotel and great service. The stairs up to the room were a little challenging but worth it. Best bed we had during our Italy trip and the kindest employees. That alone made the stay standout.

A lovely experience. Lodging in a cave with a bath tub the size of a small pool. Very cozy and romantic room with an expansive bathroom. All fittings were perfect, the staff very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is also very good.

Absolutely charming place. Excellent service (nothing is trouble). And amazing breakfast.

Este hotel entrañable, tiene mi corazón. Por su encanto. Bellos recuerdos que atesoro. Quizás para algunos sea difícil de ubicar. Vale la pena. Amables, esa calidez italiana, limpieza. Todo es 5 estrellas. Ragusa maravillosa. Y Comiso❤🇮🇹

Nous avons profité d’un endroit typique et très beau dans des petites grottes en pierre. Salle de bain plutôt insolite et magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était bon, avec du choix. Le petit bémol est que la porte d’entrée donne sur la rue, c’était donc un peu bruyant et étonnant pour un label « relais château ». Chambre également un peu humide.
Nous avons testé le restaurant étoilé, 9 super plats, tout était parfait ! N’hésitez pas à y aller si vous êtes de passage.

Bellissima location! Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Soggiorno meraviglioso! Mai dormito così bene e in tanto comfort.

Hôtel pas évident à trouver car les rues de la ville sont étroites et difficile de se garer. Le personnel a proposé de nous rapprocher la voiture. Personnel très agréable. Hôtel très beau et bien équipé. Le restaurant étoile est juste sublime! Je vous recommande cet établissement.

Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Persönliche Atmosphäre und doch höchst professionell, alle Standards erfüllend. Wir sind ungeplant eine Nacht länger geblieben. Wenn es sechs Sterne geben würde, ich würde sie hier vergeben.

Ein wunderschönes ganz besonderes Hotel, geführt von einem unglaublich freundlichem und jederzeit hilfsbereitem Manager. Das merkt man auch an den immer freundlichen und super netten Mitarbeitern.
