Highly recommend going there: The food and the prices for it are amazing! The quality of the fish/mussels in combination with the really nice service was everything. We took mussels as antipasti, 2 pasta dishes with fish/mussels as 1st, and the fried selection of fish as 2nd plus drinks 🥰 LOVE!

Fantastic find, could not fault the typical dishes! Spaghetti vongole was just perfect, as was the pasta sarde. Very reasonably price

Food was great, service as well.
I highly recommend the Caponata, altough it's an apetizer (comes with fresh crunchy bread), if you are after a smaller portion, you won't leave hungry.
Stopping here is likely not a decision you will regret.

Fantastic local family restaurant with excellent fish! We had a frittura di paranza with fried catch of day fishes and then the pasta with mixed seafood and cherry tomatoes and was outstanding! Ate very well and a real gem appreciated by both locals and tourists alike

We were very satisfied in this restaurant - the meals are delicious for very reasonable prices. The decor is nice and clean.
At first moment the staff didn't look very friendly but later they were nice and polite.

No matter we didn’t have a common language, we felt hospitality, kindness and attention. The cheese plate, the fish, the spaghetti with eggplant (Aubergine) were wonderful.

We came in November, the staff was really friendly, a very cozy atmosphere! I thought due to the prices being relatively cheap it might not be so good, i was blown away( i had the vongolle spaghetti), it has been one of the best meals I've had in Sicily

We traveled Sicily for 2 weeks and in this restaurant we had the absolute(!!) best pasta of the vacation! No one else could top their spaghetti con le sarde, not even fancy, expensive restaurants.
Also the spaghetti al nero di seppie was delicious.
Staff is nice and they made room for us for lunch even if the restaurant was full. Reserve in advance, though.

Really great place with truly delicious food, nice staff and fair price at that. We ordered pasta, grilled fish, squid, shrimp and local wine - all worth recommending!

Se passate da Porto Empedocle fermatevi a questo ristorante in una delle piazze principali del paese.
Abbiamo mangiato divinamente ed abbiamo speso poco.
Consiglio i gamberi al limone, si sciolgono in bocca e sono buonissimi! Frittura leggera e saporita. La pasta sulle sarde (rigorosamente con mollica) è davvero sublime. Tutto quanto molto digeribile, cosa da non sottovalutare quando si va a cena al ristorante!
I tavoli sono all'aperto, il personale è gentilissimo e i piatti vengono serviti molto velocemente..

Trovata questa trattoria tramite Google. Le recensioni erano discordanti ma ci siamo voluti fidare di quelle positive, ed abbiamo fatto bene. Ordinato 2 menù a prezzo fisso: uno da 20 e l'altro da 25 euro. Entrambi a base di pesce. La differenza di prezzo dipendeva dalla tipologia di secondo, ovvero: frittura di paranza per uno e tris di pesce composto da 2 gamberoni grigliati, un sauro intero e calamaro arrostito per l'altro.
I primi invece sono stati spaghetti con le vongole e spaghetti con le sarde.
L'insalata di contorno (freschissima!) era compresa, così come l'antipasto composto da 5 finger food di pesce, tutti diversi. Tutto davvero eccellente, sia la cottura che la qualità e freschezza dei prodotti ittici.
Le porzioni sono state giuste per il prezzo pagato: 53 euro vino ed acqua compresi x 2 persone.
Piccola nota dolente: se si arriva dopo le ore 21:00 i tempi di attesa tra una portata e l'altra potrebbero allungarsi notevolmente.
