We loved it! It's very clean and well-maintained. The staff is very nice, and you'll find washing machines on site! Well-deserved 5 stars.

We have recently stayed at Camping Argegna, June 23.
This is a most wonderful place to enjoy your holiday.
The facilities are excellent and the cleanliness of the amenities are absolutely first class.

The park itself is beautifully presented and well cared for by its most wonderful owners, they were truly lovely...

The pitches are within tree lined bays, that offer some privacy, more typical of French campsites,

I write this review to reply to some of the comments in Google reviews, with regards access to the park.
The road is twisty but in perfect condition, it is just a normal Italian road, typical to this region, we ourselves have a large 7.5m motorhome and tow a motorcycle trailer, we had no problems whatsoever.

So if your looking for peace and serenity in lovely surroundings, you will have a wonderful welcome here.

Incredible location, with rolling hills and mountains on the other side. We were warmly received and assisted.

The pizzeria next door is not to be missed! A fantastic way to start our holiday!

Wonderful camping site with various types of accommodation. Reasonable prices. Top location in the mountains. Easy enough to reach with 5.5-metre camper. Friendly staff. Panoramic views, facilities clean, tranquil and peaceful place. Was sorry I had to leave.

Very nice camping ground, one of the very few we found for camping with tent. Most other campings in the region mainly offer lodges. Staff was very helpful, speaks part English and part German. There's a bar where they also serve pizza. Except on Monday there's also a great real pizzeria next door. The pitches are fairly large with many green ground I between, yet there's almost everywhere electricity. Shower and toilets are as good as needed, very clean and no timer.

A small gem in the mountains. Getting up there is a bit tricky with a campervan & close to impossible with a mobile home, but it‘s worth it. The Place is quite, the staff is friendly, view is amazing & Maila makes a pretty damn good Aperol Spritz.

A spacious campsite with lovely spots for camping with a tent (a lot more than shown on the pictures). Plenty of shade and good acces to electricity, if so desired. Facilities were spotless and well maintained and the staff made us feel very welcome.

Very kind owners, beautiful scenic camping. Chef camping picked us up when we were walking back up to the campsite in the dark. There's a great ~7hr hike to Monte Tondo, 360° view from the summit. ~1-2hr shorter if you drive the first part by car.

Very friendly stuff, lovely sites in the woods, breathtaking views in the mountains, everything was clean and tidy. Unfortunately my wife had an accident during a downhill-MTB ride and so we had to leave earlier - the owner didn´t accept to pay for the stay and gave us Icecubes to cool the bruise - what a nice guy.....thank you very much and hope we´ll meet again....btw. visit the restaurant nearby!

My husband and I, returned to the Garfagnana in May 2017 after an absence of several years, and found this campsite at the head of the valley. Great views of the Alpe Apuane coastal mountains and down the valley. The owners were friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and the site very well maintained. Great area for walking and cycling . Good guide book for walking is ' Rother's Tuscany North ISBN 3-7633-4812-3'. Will return to this lovely site and quiet part of Tuscany. If you get the chance, don't miss the flower festival, when local people walk to the summit of Monte Croce in early May when there are masses of Narcissus.

If paradise existed on earth it would probably look like this camping! Lovely people, impeccably clean services and the best view ever. I would give 6 stars if I could. Grazie e a presto!

We stayed at this camping in August 2012 and had a fantastic stay. The camping is situated in beautiful surrounding, tranquil area. From this location, there are many walks and attractions nearby (within an hour driving distance).
