3.Excellent Hosts: Mariella and Giacomo were top-level hosts - very friendly and helpful. They provided detailed check-in instructions and were quick to respond to any needs.
4.Rapid Problem Resolution: When we had a problem with the door, it was promptly and efficiently solved.
5.Highly Recommended: I would recommend Lioda without any hesitation. It's an extremely cozy and spacious villa with stunning views, and the interior is even better than in the pictures.
6.Perfect for Large Groups: The place was the perfect size for our group of 10 and our dog, making it a great place to wind down after long days of driving and activities.

This house was perfect in every way. Mary and her team have created a warm and welcoming environment in this home. Our family rented it for our son's wedding and it was large enough to accommodate all of us. It was well equipped with everything we could need and extremely clean. The home is also very close to town and we were able walk down to the bakery and small shops below. We could not get enough of the spectacular views from the deck and living area. What a special place! Thank you for letting us stay and we hope to come back again and spend more time in the area.

We had the best time at Lioda Living!! It’s a super beautiful house with amazing views and great location. 50min car ride away from Cortina & amazing skiing. Also the hosts were the best! Can truly recommend :)

I cant thank enough for my stay at Lioda. The place was impecable. House was super clean. Beds with comfy and clean sheets and kitchen fully equipped with everything you could even imagine. The location is also really good. Near grocery stores, pharmacies etc. (5 min drive), but, at the same time, an astunishing view to the nature and a quiet atmosphere. Communication with landlord was also excellent. Very detailed instructions on check-in and fast answers whenever something was needed. We had a problem with the door and it was duly and rapidly solved. I would recommend this place without any hesitation.

Beautiful place to stay! It was the perfect size for our group of 8 (and dog). Great place to wind down after long days of driving and activities. Mary and Giacomo are incredibly attentive and accommodating hosts.

Really a perfect Airbnb experience. The house is even better than it looks in photos, as is the setting. Common spaces and master bedroom all have spectacular mountain views, there’s tons of space, and all very well equipped and functional. Communication with Giacomo and the Lioda team was fantastic: they were super responsive, welcomed us to check in early, and shared lots of great recommendations (sometimes before we even thought to ask for them). Couldn’t recommend more highly, and would love to come back one day in winter!

We arrived at Lioda living late at night and even then we were happily surprised by how wonderful the house is. We were 8 people and the place is big enough so as not to feel crowded, everyone could find to be together or alone if they wished.
Mariella and Mary were in touch and always had fast in responding to our requests.

Lioda Living is situated very close to Cortina. The area around the house is clean and calm. House has 2 floors. First floor is designed with big living room where you can spend a time with your family especially recommend two big sofas and tables where you can share your ideas during your dinner. The terrace is spaceful with the view of Montagna di Venezia and Cima dei Preti. The rooms and bathrooms were clean with the towels provided and all necessary kitchen utensils to cook a diner in a kitchen. Contact with the owner is very easy and professional. The landlord replies me with proper information once i send a query.

I recommend to all who wants to rest in peaceful environment.

This place was excellent value for money. The location is great and very close to main places. The hosts are lovely. We were two families with 5 kids (9 people) and the place was great for us. It's super clean and well equipped. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. We rented some bikes and toured the are, and went hiking a bit in the mountains. All in all, a highly recommended place to stay

I think it was the best place to stay, mine favourite of all times.
So, if you plan to have an amazing view, be close to important sights in the north Italy, have everything you need, just like home, you love things that tell you a story and you are looking for a great host, this might be the one for you, too!

It's not a cottage, it's not a guesthouse, it's an extraordinary place.
Every piece of this house, comes with a warm and welcoming story. The rooms are extremely spacious and the accommodation conditions are exceptional.
The view you have from the bright rooms and from the terrace is unparalleled.
I can't think of a better location to want to come back to every year.
Congratulations to the hosts for the reception, for the conditions offered and for the passion you show in satisfying the people who cross your doorstep.

This is an exceptional place to stay! The home is beyond the description. It is so much better than can be described or seen in photos. The views are incredible! Each room is thoughtfully decorated, but not over done. There are antiques and comfortable furnishings. There are so, so many bedrooms! It took us 10 minutes to explore to find them all. Each room has a comfortable bed, soft coverings, a pillow (or two), and fresh towels. The kitchen is fully equipped. There were delicious cookies waiting for us! Even the neighbors are wonderful! The kind gentleman next door helped us find the home and asked to practice his English with us!

One big tip for you: the directions tell you to take a sharp left on to the final road. There are two streets where it says to do this. Turn on to the left most road that has a stop sign facing the other way. It looks like a one way road but it is not. If you turn in the other street it is a driveway and the couple living there will come out and yell at you in Italian until you can figure out how to get back down the steep driveway. If all else fails, stop at the fire station and they are very helpful!

Wonderful place to enjoy Dolomiti as its best! Perfectly located to easily reach ski centers, trekking paths or any other winter activity. The house is amazingly cosy, with a large well equiped kitchen to try some mountain recipies and a great living room to chill with your friends after an intense ski day. I highly recommend this place to enjoy winter activities.

We had the most amazing time at Lioda Living, it is beautiful! Waking up to those breathtaking sights of Pieve Di Cadore covered in snow was priceless!

The house has everything you need for spending some days in this holiday season: a great kitchen very well equipped to cook delicious winter dishes, a nice dining room, a spaceful living room with a big tv, wi-fi, parking spaces and several rooms.

The location is great: you can easily reach by car several ski resorts and ski rental shops, places to make trekking, ice skating, cross-country skiing and good spots to have lunch or dinner.

Its forniture is also plus, it’s really cozy. Besides, the Christmas decorations really get you into the season’s spirit :) Loved that!

Plenty, and I mean PLENTY of space. Large kitchen, spacious living room with two large picture windows which provided an unbelievable view of the Dolemites. We had an Air BnB reservation at another location and sadly, the place experienced some staircase damage as we were checking in. As a result we had to make last minute reservations at another location and this was the place. We were more than ecstatic upon checking in. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Anyone looking to stay near Cortina (38 mins drive) or the mountains should definitely stay here.

Lioda is a lavish yet homey and comfortable chalet, providing breathtaking mountain views and the perfect spot to venture out into the dolomites. The Lioda team have been wonderful hosts - friendly, welcoming and helpful. Most recommended!

Very big house in a great location, the view from the house is very beautiful. There are a lot of things to do nearby. I would definitely recommend Lioda Living.
